I called and spoke to attorney Thomas Giannotti regarding an adoption case. During our initial consultation Mr. Giannoti told me he could help me and my husband and quoted a great flat fee along with costs. My husband and I were over the moon happy we had finally found an attorney and on top of that, an affordable attorney. Almost 2 1/2 weeks later after following up twice, Mr. Giannoti called to tell me he could not take on our case as he was pretty busy for the next couple of months and could not meet our deadline. Additionally, he referred us over to another adoption attorney which was almost double the fee he had quoted me. Now, my husband and I are stuck and have to start the process over again when baby is due in December. Extremely disappointing especially in such an exciting time like this in our lives. Very unfortunate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Real Estate Attorney (whoever it was, because they didn’t even introduce themselves) was 40 minutes late to seeing me. He then proceeded to try to talk down to me about the business I was intending to get services for, all while nervously twiddling his fingers and sounding like he wanted to do anything besides sit there with me. Do not go here!

Mr. Arnold told me what to expect since I was a first offender and all the classes I need to take and all of that. Thankfully with his help, I had a really good outcome when we went to court. Arnold is a biased and vile human being. He will degrade you as a woman, young or old, if you are tattooed, and/or are foreign. Completely unprofessional. He was to handle my case and upon first meeting him he made comments about how he didn't expect me to be "so pretty and exotic", but he assured me he'd help me and have my back for my case because as a single mother I didn't deserve what my ex wanted to do to me and my kids. Unfortunately, I believed the bullcrap he fed me thinking he was just a flirty pervert, but would do his job. Finally the day of my case, without telling me, he sent his assistant attorney who showed up with her chest out. She even tripped and fell on the way to my case walking across the street in her stilettos. People in the courtroom were laughing at her and I was so embarrassed. I showed up covered and sophisticated, despite being heavily tattooed. She basically went against what I wanted in my case and when I told him how unhappy I was, he blamed me and said it was because of "how I looked". He then called me and my mom dumbasses and to get out his office. After going public about my experience, other women came forward with more similar disgusting stories. How can this man hold such a morally intact legal practice? And he recently won Liberty's Best?! How?! How can he be an official? It isn't right and he doesn't deserve to represent people who actually need help. He takes advantage and will insult you when you come to him with any concerns.

Jeff Arnold came highly recommended to my ex and I so we hired him together! He is awesome! Fun at fun times but means business in the court room! If you are looking for someone to fight for you, Jeff is your man! The office staff were very helpful and welcoming! They can make an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible. They fought for us. He is the man you want on your side!

I was TDY from Germany at Ft. Stewart. I googled lawyers in the area this firm was one of the firms listed in the area. I called and set up an appointment. The initial consultation was free. I met with the General and he gave me sound straight forward guidance. He was definitely the right attorney but he was outside of my area. He quickly found me excellent colleague in the city and county in which I needed them, called that attorney and scheduled the appointment for me.

He recommended a plan of action for my meeting with the attorney and gave me great expectation management. If you need a confident and persistent attorney this is your guy. He is a pitbull! Thank you

Arnold and Stafford is a very experienced law firm. I'm compelled to share my experience that I've had with Attorney Andrew Johnson.

Attorney Andrew Johnson is very approachable person and has a good relationship with the court as well as a strong professional network with other attorneys in the trade. This is always a plus, but he is also a staunch, steadfast and passionate advocate when you are dealing with all his cases. He is a bull dog when confronting non-reasonable people. 

Attorney Johnson is no push over. I've seen him fight for his clients. When the other side tried to use coercive tactics, he pushed back. There were periods where I thought he was putting his career on the line for his clients as he powerfully, passionately, vigorously and non reservedly spoke up to the Court. He often says he had to let the court know the truth no matter what. I'm often touched by his actions.

Attorney Johnson has been a dedicated counsel to the clients that he represents, people often feel bad about eating into his personal time, but he constantly assures them that it’s okay and he’s always available.

Do NOT use Jeff Arnold at Arnold and Stafford! I paid him $5500 for a divorce, and I had to call him every few weeks for an update. At one point I thought we were waiting on my ex-wife's attorney to send something over, and it turns out that it was because of Jeff letting paperwork sit on his desk untouched for SEVEN WEEKS.

I had many, many unreturned calls, even more unreturned emails, and when I did talk to him, he couldn't remember anything about our case and referred me to his paralegal. As a matter of fact, 99% of my interaction was with one of his paralegals.

Other than meeting with my ex's attorney twice, as far as I can tell he did nothing but slow down and make difficult something that shouldn't have taken 14 months.

I cannot stress enough how poor of a job this man did. I had heard that he is a "pitbull" and that he was an assertive lawyer. Now I wish I had gone with one of the more economical lawyers in town. The one my ex-wife used was $2500, and he was great. It's a sad statement when you envy your ex's attorney who was half the price of your attorney.

Shop around... and avoid Jeff Arnold. I can't speak for Craig Stafford. He might be great... but Jeff Arnold IS NOT.
