I hired Sherry Ivey Jones to represent me in a BUI case including refusal to submit to a breathalyzer charge. She was supportive of my side of the story (innocence) throughout the entire case. She never pressured me to take a easy plea bargain which I felt other local attorneys may have encouraged for their clients in similar situations as mine. I insisted to press through my case all the way to a trial if necessary because I felt that strongly about my innocence. Mrs. Jones was in agreement and supportive of my desires for a trial if that is what it took. Thankfully due to her skills she was able to get my charges dismissed which resulted in me only paying her attorney fees which were reasonable. I did not waste any of my money on fines charged by the State since she helped me get ALL charges dismissed. I can't stress how confident I feel about using her if you have been charged with a crime.
