Worst thing I could have ever done was to hire this guy. He told me if I could put down some money he would make sure he filed the approiate paper work on time. Well I did my end of the the deal but he was late turning in the required paperwork and then could not attend the child support hearing which left me alone and I was ordered to pay full support instead of getting the continuance like he said he would get me. He shrugged it off and somehow made me feel like it was my fault and he then brought the case to court in hopes to fix things but 5 minutes into the hearing the judge threw it out cause he said there was nothing that could be done. Would have thought a lawyer would know what could be done and what couldn't but obviously he had no idea what he was even doing. He made the whole situation worse for me then if I would have not had his help and I got the privilege to pay him 1000 dollars. Worst. Decession. Ever!

Greg is a nice guy, he is very personable. Unfortunately that is the only thing positive I have to say about him. He made himself very unavailable to me, often a week between me asking simple questions and receiving an answer. He also had me pay for transcripts and a court reporter that cost $800 the day of the hearing. Not only was the transcript unused, but he admitted that he had never even read it at all. The court reporter was also unnecessary because there was already one there. The defence he provided me at the hearing was weak and uninformed. He made up for that by repeating the same thing over and over like a broken record. I have since retained another attorney as I had lost all confidence in him. Sorry Greg, but I've got to be honest.

To much of a wanting to be a prosecutor there all he does is lie to you and take money and tell you what you like to hear. He a major crook says the. He will not speck for you good luck with that one lol you better off specking for yourself if you hire him. Just look at all the one stars he gets that says it all. My experience with Mr. Farrar was very bad. He acted like a prosecutor instead of a defense attorney. I went to his office cause it was across the street from the Federal building downtown Pensacola and I thought he would be good like Feds influenced but his character was dirty and disrespectful. His confidentiality clause is non existent. He bad mouthed me to my other lawyer I had hired for my criminal case and talked behind my back to him and possibly other people. I hired Mr. Farrar to represent me in Restraining order that was filed against me by wife in Santa Rosa county. We agreed on a flat $1500 fee after he wanted $2500 and I talked him down. We had a agreement to get a continuance on my first appearance due to my criminal case pending. Mr. Farrar at the first court appearance was all about his money and time. He skipped turn on front of someone else that was on front of us after we had waited for some time. The judge confronted him and Mr. Farrar said the person he skipped agreed to it, sense Mr. Farrar was in a hurry. After that Mr. Farrar suggested to the judge I go to supervised visits, when I made my self clear I need 50% shared custody. Sense I'm a new single father I didn't fight it much, but his suggestion caused me a $1250 monthly expense. I was paying $450 a month for my ankle gps bracelet, $75 a week for a total of $300 a month for 3 visits per week to see my child an hour each visit. And I was also giving my wife $50 cash and around $30 in supplies like diapers or formula per week for another $300 a month, while I paid her car insurance another $100 month and drove to Santa Rosa county 3 times per week gas expense for a total of $1250 a month. I could have used that money to improve my house living conditions and for my child at home. He also gave me bad advice. He was pushing for me to go for a divorce so he could get retained by me. I knew I wasn't going to hire him, but I took his advice hoping it will help my criminal case and changed my facebook status to separated. This only angered my wife she immediately changed her status and picture of us as well. Then I found out she called the prosecutor and told him she now want charges pressed on me. He was also giving my lawyer advise to get a statement from my wife or a disposition something else I didn't agree on but my criminal lawyer ended up doing. I'm a victim of crime and have had a International Criminal Court Case opened up on my behalf against the USA sense September of 2007. And Mr. Farrar was acting very disrespectful toward me when he found out about it. A day before our 2nd appearance his office sent me an invoice for $1000 for things like $75 for a call and other things. I told his secretary we agreed on the flat fee. They ended up not charging me, but at the 2nd court appearance he didn't do anything good for me. He answered on my wives behalf to the judge and told the judge she don't want me to have my son based on a conversation he had with her 2 weeks before, and didn't even give her the chance to answer if she wants to give me my son or not. I had to step in because of his destructive behavior and try to talk to the judge. Mr. Farrar got mad and told the judge he is dropping me due to my retainer running out and disrespected me on front of the judge before I could try to talk the judge into letting me get my son. The judge ended up deciding that I should keep going to supervised visits. I've lost my child for the first 4 months so far of his life and this lawyer didn't do nothing for me but take my money. He claims he has experience and even had a death penalty trial and is certified meteator but he just got a good location. Nothing else about him is worth anything in my view.

Inattentive and couldn't care less about the case, 97% of the time I dealt with one of his secretaries which wouldn't have been a problem normally... except that I only was able to speak to Greg during my consult, one meeting about 3 months later and over the phone during my mediation. Not to mention he actually went ahead and made disparaging remarks about to me to my soon-to-be ex-wife and her attorney. He should be disbarred or at the very least only practice law when it deals with DUIs in Pensacola.
