We retained Keith Kilpatrick for a personal injury case... I've know him for years and never thought I'd have to write a bad review about him, but yet here I am. NEVER HIRE THIS FIRM if you want anything done correctly. Keith pawns all responsibilities to his staff will not call you back. Even me!! I have text messages of him telling me to find another attorney after I simply asked what you are doing for our case....I cant wait to share with everyone!! My wife is on the phone AGAIN with the Physician who once again says Kilpatrick & Newlin are 100% to blame for this debacle!!! Stay away from this hack at all costs. You want to see the texts, just message me!!

Horrible. I was shocked at the treatment of his clients. He was inconsiderate and the lack of compassion from Mr. Kilpatrick was like nothing I would have ever expected. He will not communicate with any clients after the first meeting and will force you to speak with only his assistant. Even after confronting him and his staff with some very unsettling actions made by him by sharing client's personal information with lowlife friends in the area, there was no word from him at all. He filed a withdraw and that was all. He is in no way someone I would ever recommend to hire.

I have personally used Isaac Newlin and his amazing paralegals (was Julie) now Kaitlyn for personal injury and absolutely have no complaints. They have answered my questions, returned my calls, and explained things to me where I don't have to have a law degree to understand. From start to finish they dealt with both insurance companies, all the doctor offices I had to go to, and anything else that arose. You don't realize how much you need a lawyer and great staff till you have been in a car wreck and your inundated with calls, paperwork, and decisions. I personally dealt with Attorney Newlin but Attorney Kilpatrick was also very kind and very personable in the office when we saw each other. Having the pleasure to work with both of these guys Kilpatrick & Newlin, after coming from a high priced worthless attorney I honestly say these guy are honest, hard working attorneys. I remember a day when I was sitting in Keith Kilpatrick's office and he told me the reason he worked so hard he said " when he walks into the court room and is defending his client he takes the pressure personal; the pressure of what could happen if he doesn't do everything possible to defend his client."
