I would hire the Hernandez firm to handle ANY type of legal matter I had. Each of the attorneys are as dedicated to taking care of their clients as any lawyers I’ve ever seen. My entire family are attorneys in Mobile, and I work with attorneys in my profession, so I know personally what it takes to be considered one of the best lawyers around. My wife and I hired The Hernandez Firm a month ago, and have seen the benefit of their team approach. Each attorney and staff member knows us now on a personal level, returns our calls almost immediately and we cannot say enough great things about all of them. I highly recommend The Hernandez Firm.

I would not recommend. Extremely expensive yet when payment is made, withdraws from case. Read the other reviews, this seems to be a pattern.

By far the worse experience ever with an attorney! I had got my son to hire her for his custody case she Never return his phone calls or emails the few that she did was charged at $60 each way. He paid her a total of $3700 and she dropped him a couple months before court stating that I was rude and that cost was getting to be to much when she never even discussed the cost going up! Needless to say she did NOTHING for him and dropped him before court. The bar assn. and bbb will also be notified

I am currently working with this firm. Specifically Ms. Hernandez and her immediate associate attorney’s on a very serious, life changing event. I can honestly say that I have never doubted for one second that I made the right decision in choosing this firm. Ms. Hernandez is fierce, non emotional and focused. Her immediate associate attorneys are kind, fantastic listeners and always make you feel like a priority. I can’t say enough good things about this amazing Law firm, other than they absolutely live up to their motto “Equalizing Justice” THAT they do, or will die trying. Highly recommended A+++

Excellent company to hire. Very professional and friendly staff from the receptionist to the attorneys. They are there for you like family.

By far the WORST experience I've ever had in dealing with a lawyer! I've never met a more pretentious, rude woman in my life. Her staff is just AS RUDE, if not more. They care nothing for the clients that hire them & ONLY care about money. I was basically tricked into hiring this firm, thinking I was strictly dealing with her associate. When in fact, I was being charged 300$ per hour for Ms. Hernandez, who cared NOTHING about me, or my case. Once my retainer was used up, She withdrew from my case 2 months before court & then blamed it on My "being rude" to her staff....When I only called her staff to set up a date for me to come in to pay her. I was NEVER able to ask questions about my case. When I did, she would pound her fist on the table & act as though I was burdening her everytime. When I walked out of the room, she would talk bad about me to my husband. I would NOT EVER recommend this firm to anyone who is dealing with a custody case. She is a GREAT defender of multiple offenders or murderers...but as far as defending the people who do right by the law & just need a great lawyer for your child custody case....SHE is not the one. Very bad decision I made in hiring these people!!!
