My mom has been dealing with a car accident in which she was hit from the rear and her brand new truck was almost totaled. She was injured and tried to let the insurance companies handle it, but called Maloney after becoming impatient. We have not gone to court over the matter yet, but he deserves 5 stars just for returning the call within 20 minutes (on his way home actually) and being extremely helpful to my mom. Thank you, Mr Maloney, for your help. We will be using you in the future if need be.

If you get injured in a car accident I would definitely call Mr. Maloney he took care of everything for me all I had to do was get better. Also his staff was really nice and I appreciate that if I need help in the future I know who to call.

I have been watching his ads for three years now. He first came off as being a womanizer against drunk driving. Then he got caught, and was forced to change his ads. Now he comes off saying his clients come first with family last, even his son in last place. I don't trust anyone who 'finally gets to go home to family'. Sounds like family life is the last place to be caught. Sad. He should be happy to share uninterrupted time with his family.

His commercials are 2nd to none. Both to the point and, as in the 1 parodying his competitors, HILARIOUS. For those reasons I'm giving him 5 stars.

I've seen David's work up close, and have come to find out that the ads are actually true. David is exactly like you would imagine him from his ads. Extremely sharp wit, smart, eclectic, hard-nosed, but also kind and an extremely hard worker for his clients. He truly returns calls from sun-up to sun-down. Between David's negotiating skills and Randy's trial prep and execution, you could not go wrong with this law firm.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in July of 2018. It was a nightmare from the start, with having workmen's comp involved and being off of work for close to 9 months. David and his staff have made this process so much easier and have been incredibly supportive of me during this time. They work all hours of the day to ensure I am taken care of and he has gone to bat over this case on numerous occasions. Everyone always says they wish for the "no star option" I REALLY wish I had it for this review. This attorney and his staff are TERRIBLE!! I had so many problems. The only time he will "personally return your call" is when you first call the law office. They have a receptionist named Brandi.....oh my goodness, so many stories about her, can not get into them all. She is unprofessional, rude and criticizes you. I asked to talk to a paralegal or Maloney a couple times during our case and she told me she couldn't help it that they did not want to talk to me...I brought this up with Maloney (I had to be so aggressive to be able to talk with him) and he said that I was hard to work with and I was causing him to be late for his commercial....Please do your research when getting an attorney. Our wreck was already such a horrible situation to deal with and this attorney and his office made it 1000x harder. ALSO!! when the checks got cut from the accident, Maloneys office took their sweet time paying the medical bills and two of my bills went into collections...still trying to resolve that from hurting my credit. Do your research, I wish we had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!!!

Was going to be "nice" about it and let the insurance companies do their dance but then had second thoughts.
Had called Mr. Maloney once before to inquire about some property damage and he actually did call me back and was very courteous and helpful. It was a simple choice who I was going to call this time. Brought my father along for the consultation and Mr. Maloney was just as friendly, professional and welcoming to us both.
Everything was explained in great detail and all of our questions were answered.
If you're on the fence about getting an attorney you should at least give one a call. Who would I recommend? Definitely David!

Common sense people! He was pulled over for "speeding" and yet was NEVER issued a speeding ticket. He was then arrested for drunk driving yet NEVER appeared drunk. He stood on his beliefs. He didn't get off because he is rich or is a high profile lawyer. He got off because in the eyes of the law...he is INNOCENT!! You don't think the "good ole boys" would have loved to prosecute him if they could. Being rich, non-white, and confident in the south, usually makes you a target instead of being appreciated for your hard work and principles.

I have personally know David for nearly 20 years and have found him to be someone who listens well to his clients and someone who has treated my patients in a very professional matter. He is very well liked by the majority of his clients, and the people who really know him, and I would further say, that if I had to guess, nearly everyone that has left a review questioning his abilities as an attorney, has never hired him in the first place. Just saying.

I hope his days of living above the law are now OVER! 27 speeding tickets and still driving!!??!! Get off the road - I have friends and family that live and drive around Pensacola and we don't need this type of driver endangering our citizens.
