Jessica Skinner and her staff are outstanding! We hired her in 2016 after firing 2 other San Angelo attorneys that did nothing for us but take our retainers. We had been been fighting for custody of my kids since 2013 from a mother using parental alienation tactics and not following her court order and finally was able to retain a dedicated and moral lawyer who stepped up and was not afraid to battle for what was right. Mrs Skinner and her team promptly respond, in fact when she was not available at times to take action due to her being in court-her team/staff took the initiative and action to assure the situation was assessed. She is professional and just and will fight for you till the end! We won primary custody of our my kids in 2017 with modified visitation for the mother. We had to put down a higher retainer compared to our former 2 fired attorneys HOWEVER, Mrs Skinner took more action in 6 months after retaining her than any lawyer had in a year! Her retainer is worth you investing your trust that she will get you results and not just sit around or be afraid to go to battle for you against your opponent’s attorney no matter if they are well known SA attorneys or not. She is hands on and we are blessed to have found her because she fought for us and our case was very complicated at times. If you are a father battling parental alienation, to see your kids and/or fighting for custody due to other justified circumstances then look no further because Mrs Skinner and her firm is it! Worst Lawyer ever. Took my money and fired herself due to lack of communication. I'm a disabled Veteran and can't drive into town all the time. Nor did I check my email everyday. If you want to be used and abused by your spouse and lawyer then you found your place.

Jessica Skinner is a terrible, terrible lawyer. Recently I had an experience with someone close to me that instructed her in detailed what she needed to do (file a motion to withdraw), she refused to do what her client was telling her to do. He had to verbally tell her multiple, multiple times as well as keep a written record before she halfway did what he asked her to do. She didn't complete the task fully (we're not sure if it's because she doesn't understand how to do her job correctly or if she was purposefully not doing what he asked her to do). She didn't complete the task fully until we got Randol Stout involved, who called her multiple times again and instructed her on what to do. We have knowledge that she went completely against something her client asked her to do and that's a huge problem. Three other attorneys were involved in this case and all three recommended a bar complaint be filed. Do not trust this woman to do her job correctly or legally.

Abolutley great!!! contacted her for second opinion, was told by her that i was misrepresented, and that she could defiantly help, with just 2 weeks before final hearing on temp orders, she did great in the courtroom. However 5 mnths after court and I still don't have orders and we had a decision from the judge and it ended up not working for me. Haven't recieved any help.or feedback from office.

Absolutely no paperwork on Mrs. Skinner's end was filed right. Could almost lose my child due to her negligence.
To much pain and suffering her firm put me through. Very sad... Has no one filed a civil suit against her?
