Dissapointed in how they are bias for women with regards to family court. Still waiting for help 8 months after crimes.get the rub around in person and over the phone. No representation of victim assistance. This isnt the first time either.

When you tell them someone lied under oath, you get patted on the head and they tell you it will be ok.
Dreadful. Even if you're a victim do not be fooled into thinking you here any rights. They do not care about what you want, how you feel or how what they do affects your life. Florida's court system is an absolute barn fire. And the police in Sanford... Scary, aggressive, and incompetent (not all, just most). Toe the line and don't be a victim in Seminole county...

You show me the man and I will show you the crime!
The legal system in central Florida works like a poker game. All the area's bad actors such as the City of Winter Springs, Seminole Co Sheriff's office the Bar Association and the Attorney General's office like to play cards. They don't necessarily like each other but tolerate each other for the game sake and every once in a while someone pulls a gun out and shoots someone and that's ok.
But once the card game is threatened, they all band together to protect it.
Of all the people that I spoke to on the phone about my wrongful arrest was the State Attorney's office and it did not take long into the conversation before the threats started to come out attacking like trained dogs, they are pretty aggressive. Expect no help from them, they are the dealer in the card game it's their house and their rules. Approach with caution.

The only reason I gave one star was because the secretary for Mr. Hastings was very nice and helped as much as she was authorized to, but as for the state attorney himself I really don't understand how he sleeps at night when people that have money can rape and murder and get less time than the people who "steal" for example and can't afford to fight and end up with 20-30+ years and the murderer gets 7 years. I can't be the only person that feels this way?

Ok. if you are a good citizen and you need them to take care the problem ,you don't have a chance ,if you are a mental disorder or a criminal you have all the rights ,the state can do anything to them anyway but pay for them living and live them loose in the community and them don't have anything to do since them have all them need from the tax payers, but messing up with peoples life ...really ..like we have time to deal with them , .very disappointing with all the staff of state attorney and i hope for the best of this community them have to do something and take care the problems better
