I had no clue what I was walking into and what the procedures for my specific problems were. They reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that they would be with me ever step of the way. If I had a question( and trust there were lots of question) they were right there to answer, rather by phone, email, or even in person. I was a little hesitant at first, but once everything was mapped out and explained to me, I knew I made the right choice!
