Neal Eckel has been our attorney for over a decade. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Farhang & Medcoff. Our company has never been lead astray on the advice we have received. I would highly recommend Farhang & Medcoff for any legal needs for your business.

I have worked with Neal and team for close to 20 years. As a contractor, I would want to work a day without knowing that I have an experienced and diligent legal team behind me. Whether it as an employee, contract or client issue, the team has had my back. Quick and professional response. Professionalism through and through.

Neal Eckel is the man! First time in my professional career that I have meet a legal representative that is in sync with our company needs and I never have to remind Neal to do his job or ever check up on him. That’s because he is relentless And compassionate every time I’ve gone to him with a project. Can’t say enough good things about this firm!
I work with Neal Eckel in my capacity as Executive Director of the Arizona Construction Trades Association a contractor advocacy group. Neal is a board member and knowledgable legal advisor the Association. He is regularly available to provide legal council regarding issues confronting our members. He provides valuable oversight to the board and faithfully attends each monthly dinner meeting offering legal issue updates to our members. Neal offers an open door providing answers to individual ACT member questions regarding business issues and as I visit our members asking what ACT benefits they enjoy, I consistently hear them say the legal assistance Neal provides. Neal is a consumate professional and ACT benefits from his committment. His more than two decades membership with ACT is highly appreciated by all.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Farhang & Medcoff. I hired them for an insurance claim issue and they were responsive, knowledgeable, explained things well and and charged a very reasonable fee. I would hire them without hesitation for any legal issues I had.

NOT ACCESSIBLE On Tuesday, February 16, 2016, I needed to attend a public meeting for the Three Canyons Domestic Water Improvement District about imposing user fees at the law offices of Farhang & Medcoff. The public notice stated the law office of Farhang & Medcoff was "accessible" which I assumed meant handicap accessible. When the participants for the public meeting arrived we were asked to sign in but there were no chairs in the room other than the huge black leather chairs for the Board of Directors and their attorney, Meredith Marder. Their attorney, Meredith Marder, announced at the beginning of the meeting, although there were only five of us standing there, that although it may seem rude, we couldn't have chairs because they needed the room for all of the participants. The meeting had begun and there were no more people coming in (the lack of chairs was clearly an intentional gesture.) Neither the attorney, nor the board of directors, after noticing there were only five of us standing , offered to get us a seat. I was the youngest participant and am close to 60 years old. I am used to standing on my feet for hours at a time, but there were 4 other people with a few being quite elderly. Finally after about 15 minutes into the meeting, one of the five attending the public meeting asked if we could please have chairs as some of us were elderly. If you have to attend a meeting at this "handicap accessible" lawyers office, please be prepared to bring your own chair because that is the only way you're going to get a seat!

Ali and his partner Zachary are very personal and compassionate bringing solace to families in distress. Their demeanor when you meet them has you feeling like you have known them for sometime which is a comforting and safe feeling. They are professional, very experienced and driven for success. They know "no" day of the week and come when called upon with a family's crisis whether it be a Sunday or a week day. I They are genuinely the best experience I have ever had in the profession of lawyers.
