I've used Carolyn a couple of times. Each time she's been very helpful, explained my options, and suggested the better options. Sometimes there are no good options. Then helped me get the best result. Thus all deals with child support and thus my reluctance to be specific.

Horrible attorney. Had my papers for two years, didn't do ANYTHING at all. Had to call and text her weekly. Full of excuses "moving", "busy", "out of town", etc. Finally the attorney general himself did the job. She had all of my medical invoices; I lost thousands of dollars because she did not do anything. I had to call her several times to get my money back. I went to her office, and she told me that my appointment wasn't that day and she did not have the check ready. The next day we set up an appointment. I showed up and she had left the paperwork outside of her door on the FLOOR. She paid herself $800 for a job that she DID NOT DO. Worst attorney I've dealt with. Tries to appear an advocate for women but her actions demonstrate the opposite. I am going to file a grievance because of these problems with her.
