I'll keep statement short regarding my experience so far, since it's still not done. I don't believe I will recommend you too anyone.

Was here for someone else but the lawyer was an hour late, paralegal had an attitude from hell. The front office person had no clue who was in the office and who was out. They need a better front end system, lawyers who are on time and paralegals without obnoxious behavior and attitudes. I, personally would not hire.

These are just MONEY hungry Lawyers. They DID NOT do a good job in my son getting CUSTODY of his children. He had PLENTY of Evidence towards his EX AND TO GET CUSTODY OF HIS CHILDREN. His children Even told them (COUNSELOR)they want to live with their DAD.He was stabbed in the back.. These lawyers talk a sweet talk but when it comes down to a fight in the justice system,,they are just all talk. My son just waisted thousands of dollars for Child Custody While the other parent won with just a court appointed Attorney.. NOW Someone please tell whats wrong with (ANGRY) this picture ... AS GOD AS MY WITNESS PLEASE DONT GET THESE LAWYERS. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.
Save yourself the time and money. Cordell & Cordell does a great job advertising but will slow bleed you financially after being retained. I spent $21,000 and they were still stuck on discovery. I hired another attorney and discovery hasn't come up one time and more progress has been made with a $4500 retainer. Save yourself the disappointment and financial loss. DONT use these woman. They'll take advantage of you in your darkest hour!!!

Divorce is expensive you have to have good representation. Women have the upper hand in divorce from the start. Cordell has treated me good but I don’t feel I’ve gotten all I’ve paid for.

Going along with the other terrible reviews, stay away from this place. They take FOREVER to do anything. It's been 4 months and my case has yet to even receive a draft. It's been FOUR MONTHS. They take their time to swindle you out of whatever money they can and don't get the job done. Save your time and your money. Nothing is done in a timely fashion. zero communication skills in regards to my case. Disappointment is an understatement.

Stay away from this place these people are crooks and only want to steal your money from you. I spent way too much at this law firm only to find out they did not do their job at all. I wish I would have found another law firm even if I would have had to pay more, because in the long run I paid Cordell & Cordell way more than what any other law firm would have charged for the same amount of work. I only wish I would have read the reviews a little better

Don't come here. My biggest regret is that I also referred a few other guys here that were getting divorced.
I fired them shortly after my temporary orders hearing. My attorney was Gaylia Brunson. I felt that we were constantly defending instead of being the aggressor in my case. This was such a disappointment from a firm that professes to aggressively represent men.
I ended up hiring the Orsinger Law Firm. Thus far, I've been very pleased with this firm.

Going through any kind of litigation is frightening and uncertain. I feel that everyone at Cordell & Cordell went out of their way to reassure that they were there to help and support me. Through out all consultations, preparation, and proceedings, I was treated with great consideration over any fear or concerns that I had. No question was unimportant. Within reason, I was always given access, or had prompt answers to my calls.
Rachel Sadovsky is definitely an attorney I want on my side for any type of legal procedure. This was never more clear to me than when I saw her in action. Not only was she more organized and prepared than opposing counsel, but there was no doubt about who had the upper hand in all negotiations. What struck me was the high regard given to her by all the legal professionals involved in the proceedings. Her knowledge, preparation, organization, and expertise commanded respect and resulted in a more than favorable result in my case. What Rachel had to say, mattered, and everyone paid attention. (Including opposing counsel)
From my first consultation with Rachel, I was impressed with her calm and confident demeanor. She listened to everything I had to say while taking copious notes, after which she gave me a detailed, thorough explanation of what my options were. In the end, I had a clear concept of what actions were necessary, what outcomes would most likely result. There was no sugar coating, I was aware of the good as well as bad possibilities that might occur. Her opinion about how things would go, were spot on, and her advice during negotiations was invaluable. I also had a firm understanding about the necessary financial obligations that would ensue, depending on the course of action.
In summary, I knew where I stood, where I was going, and what to expect. The counseling I received along with preparation helped alleviate my uncertainties. The combined confidence in Cordell & Cordell law firm and my attorney Rachel Sadvosky, along with all the friendly support given by every individual there, results in giving my highest recommendation and confidence.

Rachel Sadovsky is an outstanding attorney. Her competent and professional representation is nicely matched with a personality that makes her pleasant to work with.
When seeking someone to represent us, we all have fears, some of them founded, some of them not. Rachel Sadovsky has laid every fear I had to rest by her tireless work on behalf of my case. She's proven over and over again that she believes in me and my goals for my children.
In the past, I have paid other attorneys hundreds of dollars an hour only to watch their eyes glaze over as I talked to them about my needs and goals. If you've ever been in that situation, you know how frustrating that can be.
By contrast, Rachel is the only attorney I have worked with to-date who seems to care about my case as much as I do. She isn't afraid to produce the straight talk when needed, but she mixes in compassion and grace when there is tough news to share, or the case takes an unexpected detour.
Perhaps most importantly, Rachel's goal is to win, and she does. I had a strong case, but it was complicated and took a lot of effort and skill to bring its merits to bear throughout the process. My attorney did what it took to make this happen when many others would have failed.
Rachel has the integrity, intelligence, and character to lead a country. Having someone like this advocating for me in the most important case of my life, my child custody case, has been a tremendous advantage. My children deserve the best and with Rachel Sadovsky on the case, that is what they got.

I was very pleased with my experience with Cordell & Cordell. My attorney Maribel Cruz was helpful and informative about every aspect of the process. She was helpful in my gaining full custody of my son. As a divorced father I was not sure of the law and my rights she explained everything to me an fought on my behalf. The outcome was fantastic and both my son and myself are in a much better place and frame of mind now. I would highly recommend Cordell & Cordell.

My experience with Cordell & Cordell was about as good as getting divorced as a male in Texas could be. It was supposed to be amicable, but the ex tried to kick that to the wayside early on. I had a hard time choosing "Loved it" with five stars but, for something I hope to never do again, Amanda did a good job and helped me hold the line. We didn't end up in court, though almost, but prepping for court we were on the same page regarding strategy, etc. I have recommended her since and may one day be back for the best marital advice I can offer. . . Pre-nup!

The worst attorney on earth, Rip off, billing frauds, unqualified trainees attorneys
Stay away from Cordell and Cordell, they are bunch of thieves with no ethic or principles to work the best interest of their clients. They Money hungry, I wish I never went to them., They hire a trainee attorney and she didn't know what to do and she was too weak with the opposing attorney and she forced me to accept very high settlements. I worked with her for 3 weeks, 3 meeting and one court and in the 3 weeks she billed me for about $18,000.00. Attorney bill is $10k . her Clark billed me for $5k and her paralegal billed me for $2k. They Screwed me with the opposing attorneys settlements. Please Stay away, they are thieves, money hungry, inhuman, and unqualified attorneys.
