I have had Mrs. Ford handle several cases for me personally and have recommended her to multiple friends and family members. She has proven to be attentive and sensitive to the cases and is very responsive to my questions and phone calls. She is impressive in a trial setting and fights for her clients.

Avoid this firm at all costs. Although Robert Ford has passed, I called to speak with his wife who is also an attorney and she was as shady as he was. Mr. Ford stole from me by taking my retainer and running. Never did any work for me, and still has my original case file (the wife claims there’s no record of me). This was in 2015 about a year before he died, and he would always make excuses on the rare ocassion he called back. Then he just disappeared. TO ALL THE OTHERS HE STOLE FROM: you can get your money back through a client assistance program via the state. My friend recently informed me of this. Luckily I wrote a check and have proof that the thief cashed it. The right thing to do would be for her to assist with this, but she’s an ambulance chaser, therefore it’s not in her nature. Not good people, not good business practices.

I was always in touch with Sandra since she picked up my case and she answered every question I had. Though it was a long process and we encountered problems, there was no problem Sandra couldn’t take on. She sat me down with the right people for my injuries and made sure that the compensation was well worth it. Her assistant Ashley was also a very big help. And always made sure to get back at me about and worries I had. I hope I won’t need to go through this again, but if I did, I’m definitely going with Ford and Laurel attorneys at Law. Sandra laurel is by far the worst attorney ever. We had an open and shut case. She charged us 2500 dollars and then left us to hang dry! We lost the case and didn't even bother to show up. Then she has the audacity to ask us for another 1500 dollars to make it right. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!

I was in a car accident that was not my fault sustaining injuries that kept me out of work for 6 months. I learned about Sandra via word of mouth and discovered the rave reviews about her were understated! She was more than just a lawyer! Always had an ear to listen, made doctor appointments that were necessary and reassured me through the whole process that everything will be ok. Sandra got me a six figure settlement! I was so pleased with her she is now working on my divorce as well. She is WONDERFUL and caring.. walking me step by step through the divorce process reassuring me that everything will be fine and I believe in her!!

The most horrible attorney that you may find in the universe. Does not care for his client. He stole $3000.00 from me and complain was made against him to state, This lawyer has been disciplined by a state licensing authority.

Great Attorneys, highly recommended

Robert Ford was horrible. I would not recommend him at all. I had a simple divorce and child support order to update and he took forever. He told me at first that it would all take 2-3 months it ended up taking over a year. He gave me a two flat fees for the divorce and child support update I paid for the full divorce and half the child support fee he had given me and never completed the child support update he said he would. He would never return my calls nor emails as he said he would when we first interviewed. Don't be fooled when you think he is a good Attorney.

Totally sucked!!! Don't even waste your money on the gas. He takes your money and runs! Never even filed when children were in danger!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but that is the lowest it will let me go!!

I consulted with Robert Ford for a time sensitive business case, he said he would take on the case and said he was 90% sure we would win. The day we were suppossed to sign the contract for him to take the case, he said his secretary wasn't there but for me to go back on monday(she had to do the paperwork). When I went back he wasnt there nor his secretary. He led me to believe he was working on the case, even gave me his cellphone number to call him directly. I called and called and no one could tell me anything about the case, but that robert was working on the deposition. Long story short at the 2nd week after calling and calling Robert didnt have the balls to speak to me, so he used his secretary to tell me "he was really busy and decided not to take my case after all." I had all the confidence in the world for them, but instead they made me waste a lot of time thinking they were working on the case. They costed me a lot of money and I wouldnt reccommend anyone with a serious case to contact them. If they pulled this one me with a time sensitive matter, I can only imagine what they would do or be capable of doing for people who been in an accident or have a health related matter. Avoid at all cost, or suffer the same results.

Mr Ford represented me and did an outstanding job.
