My accident happened several years ago and the experience was lacking in professionalism and concern the person that worked on my case amber was sending me to doctors who didn't even specialize with my injuries did little to no work yet expected 33 percent of my settlement I do have to say they were quite accurate on calling you back but just watch them make sure they are working for the good of your body and health not just the money or not believing you are injured when you disagree with a treatment. I wouldn't recommend this firm don't no how they still in business ethics are lost it's all about money yours take your time find a attorney who is legit dont believe the hype all those commercials geared for the big money do your research

Worse law firm it is, they failed to show up for my hearing. They would send me correspondence from El Paso Tex and all calls . I was never informed that his office had closed on 45. Worse law firm ever!!!!!!!

Treated poorly the firm got all the money

The ABSOLUTE WORST FIRM IN SAN ANTONIO! My experience with this firm was horrible!! I was left with permit injuries that I will live with for the rest of my life due to a rear end accident. There was no communication stating where my case was I had to find out through doctors that they were no longer going to be able to see me due to insurance funds running out. Thats the work of the lawyer and his staff to be in communication with me where everything is going not the doctors they assigned me with to turn me away while I showed up to my appointments as I was directed to do. I'm in a wheel chair now and lost my job ,home and everything else and Wayne Wright had no problem getting their 33% while in the end I never was financial compensation from the firm nor any communication ever with the rotating door of lawyers they assigned to me. The only concern they have is just the 33% they get once that is in their pockets your a ghost to them. Save your family and self the heartache and get a legit firm that will be by your side the whole way. ALSO STAY AWAY FROM KIMBERLY she's an angel once the case gets assigned but once the pay is there she will ingnore your calls and never reply back, how she has a job there still amazes me. My prayers that nobody in their families ever go through any of this, because im positive they wouldn't like being treated like a piece of rotted meat.

I was referred by a previous customer to use their services which overall was a good experience. Consistency in dealing with the same lawyer and case manager became quite frustrating but overall, I'd use them again .

They have helped me more ways than one have been very patient with me and my millions of questions. .And answered them even if I asked them more than once.

Horrible experience with these people. Case managers turnover all the time and they don't keep your records straight. A simple fender-bender where the other party was 100% at fault took 3 years to come to a close and I didn't see a cent! Ridiculous.

Wayne Wright and there team of attorny's are awesome the helped us through the process and even always had my kids best interest at the front of every conversation medically and finacially. And always made sure we were good and our accident happened like 12 hours away so distance didn't matter. And our Dr.'s were really good.
