I’m currently in the process of looking for a lawyer to help fight my divorce case and I came across this. A friend of mines currently have mr gamez as a lawyer and she’s been struggling trying to fight two accident cases, I’m shocked of the high reviews. Lost her job, due to limitations and she’s about to loose her home. I feel like they are not taking her accident cases seriously . Shes not the one to complain and she talk highly of her lawyers but from the inside looking in they are horrible. When I ask her about updates on her case she’s clueless, her response is she’s still waiting for someone to return her call. Wish she didn’t have to go through all of this but pick your lawyers wisely. Or you will be spending the next few years trying to fight a case and have family and friends support you.

This firm represented me in 2014 on a Criminal defense case. They run this firm more as a “Cash n Go” business then a Law Firm.
Mrs. Gamez is the Collection Agency. She was So terrible.
They are so unethical, trying to increase the cost of defense 2 days prior to Court. Which they had months to do their accounting.
In addition they promised me time served would count towards a change the judgement and or removal of the outcome.
Which was a TOTAL LIE......!!!!! There is a 30 day timetable for this action.
I would definitely seek counseling and representation elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being in car accident is a horrible situation that no one should have to deal with alone. In the last two years I have been in two car accidents which both were not my fault. Yeah we had a terrible experience with this law firm. Went to therapy and was ready to settle but when the insurance company told them that wanted to go to court. They dropped us because they felt they didn't have a chance at it. Never even tried. What a shame!!Go with any personal injury law firm but this one . You will regret it.
