I’ a victim of domestic violence, My ex broke my arm. I came to Hector to help me out not to make my case worse. He refused to do any request I ask for and insisted that he does it his way. Last week it was very rough because not only I lost my case because of Hector but also I’m about to loose my green card. I called very frustrated asking if there is anything we can do and his assistance Anita yelled at me! I told her you understand my frustration and that I’m about to loose my green card, you are supposed to support me not yelling at me! She said you will know when I yell! A company as good as their customer service! I’m not talking about customer service when I pay the money but in difficult time like this.
Hector promised me with couple of things on a hearing and the next hearing he would forget! He made me bring my friend from OH to AZ as a witness and then he ask why did we need a witness?
He told me if there is a way I don’t know about it and I called another expert lawyer to help him out and asked him to call, he did not make the call! He did not even let me know if he will call!
They canceled my appointment without talking to me first!
I had to go and talk to another lawyer during my hard time because my lawyer or his assistant is unable to support me.
Anita lost documents I sent her on different occasions, Hector forgot what the judge say or I say.
I’m so disappointed.

Update 1/3 11:02 AM I called back to ask about an email I received this morning saying that Hector wants to withdraw from my case, Anita told me it is because of my review! I lost my 6000$ I payed because I expressed my concerns!

Mr. Montoya guided me through the entire process. He was thorough and professional. He took his time explaining the details of my case and created an individualized approach. My experience was beyond excellent.

Worth every penny

He was very expensive. Burned through my $5,000 deposit insanely fast. Even after I explained it was all I could afford for the entire case. Mixed my case with his other cases. Would tell the judge I wanted custody during certain days when I wanted different days. Did not consult me on some matters and told the judge inaccurate information on my behalf. I did not feel like he represented my case nearly as well as he could have. Maybe he has too many clients. Very unhappy with the outcome of my divorce under his legal counsel. When I wanted to appeal, he wanted to charge me $10,000 deposit. Didn't even offer advice on how to file amendment to spousal maintenance paperwork instead of appeal and I had to get that advice from another attorney. Not worth the money.

Mr. Montoya represented me with my case for child support and parenting time. He is an amazing lawyer! I got everything I asked for and more. I believe his pricing to also be very reasonable. He gave me tons of information regarding my rights as a parent, and knowledge about family court that I had never known or would've known had I not hired him to represent me. I highly recommend Mr. Montoya if you need a family lawyer.

Really helped my family

Mr. Montoya took on a very difficult case for my family. The petitioner had already ingratiated himself with the newly assigned judge, and many of the legal agreements/documents domesticated from another State, from the past decade, where ignored. Also, Mr. Montoya had to deal with 2 other attorneys, the petitioner directly, child welfare experts/therapists, and constant changes to schedules. Mr. Montoya was very patient, answering any/all questions, giving advice, yet following my requests. Additionally, his staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Montoya was not the only attorney that I spoke with in the beginning of my case. But he was the only one that had any idea of what he was talking about. I had one attorney tell me to move out of state. Really! Hector is, thoughtful, intelligent and calm. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance.
