They handed off the case to another Lawyer 6 months in. I thought they weren’t aggressive enough and started calling the lawyer, thus the handoff. I actually liked the 2nd lawyer. After a year, I was exhausted and decided to settle. Not overall bad, but I think they take on a lot of cases and cannot focus like one may expect on your case.

I would never use thrush law group again!!! I used them for an accident I was involved in.Brad would never communicate anything back to me,I would have to keep calling in order to get information. I called and called didn’t hear back until I wanted to fire him as my lawyer they put him on the phone and he said he’s already completed my case a week ago. Bradley Thrush and his team do the very best they can for you. They will even come and see you in the jail on Weekends. However, I do believe that Arizona Law has some many issues and the DAs office in Pima County have it easy.

Brad Thrush is a nice guy, as well as his staff, Bridget, Connie, and Sonia! I highly recommend going in for a FREE consultation if you ever find yourself needing a attorney. Brad is a straight shooter and isn't afraid of taking cases (MVA in my case) to trial and not just jumping at, or pushing to settle. He is a very informative lawyer, and so far seems to work to get you what you deserve. His son Sean seems to be a very nice man as well, he handles family law cases and unfortunately I had to find that out as I have a hearing coming up regarding my son. So if you find yourself in a pickle try giving Thrush Law a call.

For the most part, they did what they said they would do. They are very slow to respond. You have to initiate communication or you might not hear back about things that are very important. They tend to have several hands in your case which seems to cause some miscommunication and confusion. I met with Brad Thrush initially and I was very comfortable with his knowledge but I do not think he had anything to do with our case. It is possible that I am mistaken but honestly he didn't even attend the court date and two other guys were the ones I spoke with, never Brad unless I specifically requested him. The day my son was supposed to be released from his overnight stay in jail, we had some trouble and so I called the office and NEVER got a call back, even though I left an urgent message. Months after all is said and done, we found out that MVD required my son to take a Traffic Survival course, which we had no idea of. I called Peter at Thrush and asked him why they did not tell us this was a requirement when they listed everything else so well. He told me that their DUI clients do not usually have more than one traffic violation on their MVR so it is not necessary to give us a heads up that MVD will require a TSS course. He implied that my son must have more than one infraction, which I knew wasn't true. Well I researched it on the ADOT website and found out that all DUI's above a 0.08% blood alcohol automatically put 8 points on your MVR. And once you have 8 pts on your MVR you are required to take the TSS course. The benefit is that is keeps your insurance from increasing. Not to be confused us SR22 requirements but that this is separate. So, if this is true, then all of their DUI cases with .08 and higher would be required regardless of any other infractions on their MVR. I got a copy of my sons MVR and it only had the DUI on it, nothing else. So he only has 8pts and NO other infractions. So, in my opinion, I was not given the correct information and I was treated poorly as well as I feel I might have purposely been mislead. This was very disappointing. Lastly, Peter told me that the course is only 4 hours long. Well this is untrue too. The class is 8 hours long.
DUI's are very expensive and stressful. I appreciated that Brad was so willing to provide just about every scenario so that we would not be surprised by anything. I do not appreciate some of the other things that happened. But, all in all, I guess they did the best they could do. I would refer them to others but only with a warning to be diligent and to do your own research and not to depend on them to cover everything.

These are a group of some of the dirtiest lawyers (liars) Tucson has to offer. You want a lawyer that will lie, cheat and steal from their own client? Well you found them. They are definitely in it for the money. Not because they think they can win for you. TREZZA is the lawyer next door to these dirtbags. All the 5 star ratings are probably just employees, friends or family.

These guys are outstanding DUI attorneys. I recommend them highly. They communicated well and the prices are fair. I have also referred my friends to them and they got good results too.

Mr. Thrush as well as his staff took me by the hand so to speak and walked me through the scariest time of my life. Being the victim of a head on collision was truly traumatic but the kindness, patience and knowledge of Thrush Law Group saw me through it all to the end.
