Ty, Jamie& Marcos where amazing I got into a car accident in May and since then they have been amazing and very supportive they took very good care of me and kept me update through every step of the way. My mother and I got in a traumatic car accident in May. It was such a scary feeling. It was a stressful, devastating time of my life having to work with the at fault insurance company. So I finally had enough being pushed around with at fault insurance that I decided to go to Lerner & Rowe it was recommended to me by a friend. After going in for the first constitutional they immediately introduce who they where and what they stand for, which is integrity and customer satisfaction. My moms case was handled by Jaime who did a great job at managing what needed to be done. My mom only speaks Spanish and Marco was my moms right hand person who made sure my mom understood what the fractions where what the pros where and making sure every question or concern is handled right away. I would rate negative if I could. They never return calls, and when you call them all you get is voicemails. I have never dealt with such in adequate and incompetent group of people as this group. I am looking for another lawyer to take my case and reporting them to the state board.
Update: I was finally contacted because they saw this review. They said I fell through the cracks, and had the audacity to ask me to delete my review. I will never recommend these lawyers to anyone!

I was not happy with the lack of communication. My case took 18 months and I don't understand what was so hard to settle with a pretty basic vehicle accident. I wasn't happy with the settlement, but there wasn't much I could do and I was honestly just tired of dealing with the attorneys.

I got in a crash October in 2018, my car was totaled and the insurance company was extremely uncooperative. I ended up calling Lerner and Rowe and immediately I was relieved by how helpful these people were. I was being denied to be seen by specialist for my back and the team I worked with Ty, Jamie, and Marco immediately got me set up with a chiropractor and everything else I needed. They educated me through the whole processes and answered any questions I had. Always a quick response. My insurance was difficult when providing the things I needed for GAP insurance and Jamie did what he had to do to get them to cooperate. My experience was wonderful and I ended up getting way more than I expected. Definitely recommend
