I went to the office in person yesterday morning in hopes that Trader Legal could help me with my issue. I was informed to make an appointment, which I did. I was fortunate to get an appointment for later that afternoon.
Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a form. Upon completing the form, I am told I would need to pay a $150 consulting fee up front.
I was frustrated because I had not been informed of the fee earlier and posted this review with only 1 star as I felt it was very inconsiderate.

Well...first thing this morning, I received a call from the attorney apologizing for the mis-communication. He was sincere and empathetic to my frustration. He then took 20 minutes of HIS TIME to fully discuss my issue and provide me with clear, concise direction on how to properly resolve it. It was a very enlightening and encouraging conversation.

The effort he made to ease my frustration...along with the concern on how to resolve my issue... has earned my respect...and foremost, my business!
