and after my claim was denied, I was told by my previous attorney that they had reached an agreement and "how lucky I was that they were able to get my outstanding medical bills paid". I felt this offer was less than fair and I didn't accept it. I contacted Graves Thomas Injury Law Group for another opinion about my case. I met Chris and in 5 months he had my case settled to my satisfaction. I received a check which covered my medical bills and a fair settlement compensating me for my injuries. They took my information and agreed to represent me. They told me that I would have to see a doctor and finish all of his recommended treatment before they could file the case. After spending thousands of dollars on treatment, I get a certified letter stating that they are not going to represent me because it wasn't worth their effort and suggested I find another lawyer and of course the statute of limitations runs out in 3 months so finding someone to represent me and take it to trial in that amount of time is near impossible. They were slow to respond to any of my requests for updates. Very unprofessional.

They do not have your best interest in mind. They waste a lot of your energy and never follow through as a real attorney would. As soon as Graves found out it wasn't going to be much money he threw us under the bus. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Find an attorney elsewhere.

I was involved in an auto accident and while I was not at fault, there were extinuating circumstances which made my case difficult. Most attorneys probably would not have taken my case. They will.sell a fish water. Act like they have your best interest when they definitely do not. Have told lies about my own files and did not sign legal documents that grant gillenwater claimed he signed and the official that needed the signed document did not recieve anything. The day before my surgery they sropped my case? Come on like what scam is going on here? Then when i confronted them awaiting my file to give to my new attorney who is very interseted in understanding this as well mr. Grant gillenwater stated do not come to my office or ill call the cops? I said why. He saud cause you said your coming to destroy my office and hurt us all. Lol are you serious? Once that was made up and said to me for no reason i knew they were hiding something and they have something going on. Mr gillenwater i will figure out your dirty ways.
