Hi guys I need help for attorney I was in accident ending of 2016 beginning of 2017 10/21 /16 3 months prior NY journey second day off being in Florida husband about be ex 4th of July drunk driver total car had only 1payment left not even second day from being from up north a witness the one got info n saw it all and found driver Parker got picture by his house with his car smash n I didn't get a lawyer I had to move up north my son school cuz no car n find self uonorth back the insurance company. Didt care how much it had affected on my family n leaving to go by my mom . long story short they paid me 4900 I honelsly can't remember they had someone cut me check when I had to move son schooling no car. Anyway so got another car 3months it's been from that total now I half to try make it back Florida once again on way their I wreck car from others cutting off n lil ditch on site car felt someone took steiing wheel control side to side 70mph was speed limit so alot was going 75 80 their was laot of people front of me n back of me n I was not going to stop my car from hurting anyone by hitting another car n take innocent life tow truck driver n others said my car did hybrid spin in air flip 9x drop of mountain 250ft down I broke my back my ribs all my ligaments torn right now I have no acl n pcl n dislocated shoulder right now I get headaches every night I broke my pelvis I got plates side to side back,ribs,hands,shoulder n plates in my hands brain injuries got blood month ICU more trama then transfer nursing home came Florida to find out carrying baby was on 25diffirent medication all my doctors up north n when fins out about baby I couldn't go back up north it was so much it's been hell pain mentally my biggest challenge my anger off roof just affected me in so many way I learn how cold this world is disabilly womenbaftbas if my injuires was not real stop my payment I had win case without lawyer I been lock in prison of my own mind body n soul n house she thought I was not citizen that's why she stop my payment I lost my home my mom ex boyfriend had problem wit landlord n it became problem she call disabilly said I am not u.s citizen because she said it to me n I told her I am whatever issues he has with his papers n your personal issue with himbdoes not make me none citizenship

Just wanted to give a shout out to The Law Offices Of Reinfeld & Cabrera PA. My Dad is in Boca and I am in NY. He was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident and things have been tough. Its difficult for doctors to speak with me without have the legal documents showing that I am my dads care taker. We have been putting this off for a long time because wills, healthcare proxies and power of attorney are difficult things to talk about but it is something that needs to be done. I came across Alan Reinfeld’s name on a Facebook page. People had nice things to say about him so I gave him a call. I spoke with Danielle who was lovely and she put me on with Alan. He was not only kind and caring on the phone but he did NOT charge me anything for that phone call. Other offices were asking for $250 just to get on the phone and say hello to me!  Alan went to my dads home today and was able to get everything done for my dad within a half hour or so. Dad was so pleased when he left that he called me to tell me how wonderful Alan was!  Within a half hour of that visit Danielle emailed me copies of all the documents. Great service!
