I am not usually one to write a review but this rant is one that is long over due. When I first took Labovick, Labovick & Diaz as my attorney I appreciated how attentive they were and how they really pushed me to get my end of things done in a timely fashion. However, once my part was done there was no longer any sense of urgency. After not hearing anything for several months, after being told my case would be done in only a couple of weeks I decided to call. Once I was finally able to speak with someone after leaving numerous messages I was informed that my paralegal no longer works there and they needed to play catch up. I was also informed by Mr. Rafael Diaz that due to the mishap he would be handling my case personally to get it done because of the long wait. I received a call a week later only to find out that my case was given to a newly hired paralegal and not being handled by Mr. Diaz. It's coming up on another month and my wait continues without so much as an update.

The team is so efficient. I was able to get disability for years and they made it happen.

I recommend LaBovick, LaBovick & Diaz to anyone that is in need of a good attorney, they were wonderful in handling my case. I am satisfied with the outcome of my social security case.

This was the worst lawyer I have ever seen. It's not even about loosing. Yes I got denied. But from start to finish I was never treated like an important client. I always felt like I was bothering them. Karen and Elizabeth well karen was very unprofessional and always made me feel unwelcome. The meat of it is I signed for a live hearing and got a judge on the TV. Was given the chance for a reset but I had not my bad, checked the ALJ reviews and I figured my new lawyer Amanda who seemed on top of things more than the rest of what I feel is a sorry team who take who they want seriously and I was just a bargin or gamble who knows. I pulled the worst judge in the world, but I had an out. I requested a live hearing. So I asked "I hate to wait more but will if I be better off" " you will do fine" I was told well after reading online I called her back."Stay off the internet, you could have pulled a worse judge." Well man I don't see how. Simple High School logic and odds are going to tell anyone that anybody or any other ALJ would have been better! I likely would have won. But not them. They forgot to upload 100s of pages of records. I noticed a bunch. It got let in. But many didn't. They have no clue what its like to be disabled and give me 10 mins before my hearing to review. I thought my hearing went well turns out that ALJ has history of taking a while trying to find lies. But I have no lies. And she didn't recommend a live hearing why? She either didn't know or somethings really wrong. Let me make this clear. I wouldn't have recommended them if I won. They sent their final bill and oromised my flashdrives. Never got them that was April 2. Its been 15 days. Anything else got sent fast. Plus she knows I am re applying with a social worker. As I spent and learned a lot on the internet. Just wish I had done it first. My life is on the line. I have to take very expensive insulin. Im looking for manufacture coupons. I have edema so bad. I can barely walk. Scars from circulation neuropathy. I even have a left ventricular malfunction in my heart. None of that was even brought up. Nor did my mental diagnosis hold any weight. All my friends cannot belive I'm not on it. My leg is purple right now. They can't even send me my records to reapply. I hope karen who lied or "the misunderstanding" she tried saying we had. That was a lie to. Amanda told her to have het send my calls direct because of the unfavorable descion. Karen tried to make me look like a jerk. I don't know what to think. I just feel like they never took my case seriously. I doubt this will stay posted long enough to see by many. I don't know if they have all these good reviews. I would love to meet these people. Something is wrong. Heed my warning. Please don't get disabled and trust these people without really looking into them. I hope they never have to live in the nightmare I do. I wasnt even gonna write this. But since they broke their final promise. Not sending my flashdrives. I feel I must at least pass this on. God help the ones they don't care about their cases about.

I am a young mom of two with tons of medical issues. I applied for disability when I was 18 and got denied so I went back to work until I couldn’t anymore. I got let go of my job when I was 25/26 and decided to get an attorney. They collected all of the information needed from me and they sent out to get my medical records. After several months I hadn’t heard anything and it was due to someone new starting. They called me back immediately and told me I had been granted benefits. I was on the phone in tears with the lady who was helping because it meant my husband didn’t have to work non stop and that I can rest my body and not kill my self from working while so sick so I can watch my children grow up. I recently called regarding a new social security case. I received my first denial and called this firm hoping to hire an attorney. My phone call went like this. I spent 10 minutes giving information to a call center where the women appeared to using a script; in addition, the reception was not the best. I felt like I was talking to a Comcast rep oversees. I was then transferred to a Jesica who never identified herself. I actually had to ask her who she was. You could tell Jesica was a young girl by the tone of her voice which of course is no big deal except she spoke so low it was hard to hear her. I wasn't getting good vibes from this law firm so I said to Jessica that I would seek another firm for representation and she hung up on me. Morale of the story, trust your instincts.

Elizabeth Seemann and her staff were incredible. I did have some concerns about time between communication but thats mostly me as I was a nervous wreck after my car accident. My anxiety was sky high. I cant even explain how bad it was after my life was changed forever because a 22 year old girl decided it was ok to text and drive. Crossed center line.I hit her head on at 60 mph. Destroyed my body as I am now partly Titanium with more surgeries to come. Been out of work since August 2016 its now April 2017. I will never be able to work a normal job again. So far it's been slow. Just recently I mailed my disability paperwork; Monday made two weeks since mailing the paperwork back and no response that my info was received. 4/18/2017 1:07 pm Just called the office got the run around twice (I'm somewhat upset because it's hard for me to talk sometimes because of the stroke). Called back and the young lady finally forwarded me to the right person but unfortunately I couldn't speak to the person so I left a message. Hopefully someone will call me and let me know what's going on. Until then right now it's one star because of my experience from the beginning. I hope this Law firm lives up to its weight cause I did my research but so far it's been tough. The courtesy is A+ but so far the service is in question. I hope they can help me with my disability claim it's been very hard.

No follow up call from this firm yet and (tomrrow) Monday will make a week 4/24/2017. So far this firm performance is not up to par. 4/27/2017 @ 11:29 am just left a message for the person who suppose to be handling my case. Still no follow up call from this company as of yet. Maybe I need to find another law firm.

My experience has been a disaster, I call can't get answer and no return phone call for sometimes weeks, but as usual in this situation who cares they don't for sure because they aren't the ones at home in pain after 10 surgeries with no income to support yourself. Maybe posting this will get someone's attention
