Very racist lawyer very rude do NOT trust her she ruined my husbands life as well as my own !! we paid her thousands of dollars and shes done NOTHING she told my husband to not allow me in the courtroom with him because i wear the hijab which is a head scarf and judge kastrenakes will judge my husband from my headscarf !! She would not help my husband with his case it was as if she wanted him sentenced to life when hes done nothing ! Shes very evil!! If i can put 0 stars i would RUN AWAY FROM HER

I have used both Mr. Susaneck and Ms. Levine in the past for different legal situations. They are both seasoned attorneys with expert knowledge.
In my past experiences other attorneys given me nothing but smoke and mirrors routine. I would have to say they are probably the most honest and trusted lawyers in the county. Even if I have a small legal question, they answer it for me right away. I would trust either Mr. Susaneck or Ms. Levine with any legal matter that I face. Highest recommendations to this firm.

I have know Donna Levine and Fredrick Susaneck for more years than I wish to admit. They have always showed the highest legal standards and concern for my multitude of legal issues. Ms Levine has never been rude to me nor ever not explained everything in a fashion to allow me to have a complete understanding of the issues. I know that she has showed great patience in dealing with a multitude of her clients mental health issues. Practicing in the area of Family law and Mental health can always be a complex and emotional matter. I took the opportunity to review some of the negative reviews and even when possible checked out the facts with the clerk's office. I was not surprised to find that the facts as stated were just mean spirited, inaccurate, and wrong. I highly recommend this firm and would advise you to contact them and draw your own conclusion. I took the time to write this review because it's easy to make up bad stuff when hiding behind a keyboard.

The worst of the worst Law Firm, charge me $3,000 for a Custody Case didn’t finished and asked for another $3,000 and she didn’t get anything done .She is so Rude and Nasty very unethical cause She aligned with the counterpart’s attorney . I have to end up hiring another attorney when the other attorney found out she didn’t nothing and had to start the case all over again . I don’t recommend that firm at all. Thank to the new attorney we won the case cause he did everything the Right way and explained everything very clear.

Absolutely terrible. Did not have any work to show for the first payment before she requested a second payment. Family eventually told her to stop and to show us the work she had done. Never received any proof of what she did. She hardly returned phone calls or answered emails. My husband and I had to physically go to her office to try to get in contact with her. All we needed was an appeal letter written to an insurance company. Our family was desperate with a family member in need of mental help. It was a dangerous situation, and she took full advantage.

don't bother. when an attorney doesn't understand a sentence that includes the legal jargon in reference to a case, they aren't competent. plain and simple.

upon reading the other reviews, it further cements my position that hiring a random lawyer is not just a waste of your time and money, but potentially detrimental to your case. look elsewhere

Levine and Susaneck is not your ordinary law firm. They care about their clients and are compassionate about their needs. They fight hard for their clients and aren’t like a lot of lawyers who just constantly set a million motions just to drag everybody into court so they can bill more. They try to work things out amicably, but if things can only be settled in court they will aggressively pursue that route.

Mr. Susaneck was very good. After moving out of my apt, the building management came after me for damages that very not true and just normal wear and tear. Mr. Sussaneck was able to take care of the issue, without my needing to pay for anything. I also went back to him to help out with a small car accident I was in, and again he was able to settle the case quickly and with little hassle.

Horrible attorney. Charges money for work not completed. Argues with husband when your on the phone with her. Does not fight for what you want, just does what she has too to get case over with.

Unbearably difficult to work with. To hire Donna you must have very deep pockets, low self-esteem, panic-level desperation, be incredibly gullible, and have all the time in the world. Even still, you'll regret it.
