Mr. Haynes rejected the case after receiving my files . I specifically stated that I do not want to lose my prior representation if he cannot promise to move further along than my current attorney and litigate both of them.
He told that he would review files, but advised me to move forward with terminating previous attorney based on what was discussed, signed a discharge form etc with paralegal.
I then was advised after they received my files that he would not be representing me by email. From what I read, he should have waited for me to secure new representation as my case will look bad.
I am now stuck with zero representation. Not understanding why other cases posted on here received representation from what appears to be similar injuries.

Since the man who hit me had so little insurance, I faced the possibility of being in debt from the accident that severely injured me. If your reading this you are probably in the same position I was in. I had a horrible accident at no fault of my own. Landed me in the hospital for a prolonged period of time. The accident impacted my live and I wasn’t able to walk for almost six months. Surgery after Surgery. I work with attorneys everyday for a living and thought this would be an easy issue to resolve and my medical bills would be taken care of. The accident was captured on video surveillance and at least to me couldn’t have been any clearer, but I was wrong. The first attorney I had basically gave up after I refused to settle for a third of what my medical bills were. It would have forced me into bankruptcy. I went to a second personal injury attorney who was highly recommend. After two years of working with her, she bailed on me. Told me the case would have to go to trial and firm wasn’t willing to spend the money. In comes Lance Ivey. Mr. Ivey was extremely confident and knowledgeable. Mr. Ivey had a great deal of resources which just isn’t possible with other firms. He literally showed no fear. Between Mr. Ivey, Lisa French his paralegal and investigator and Lisa Elliot his legal assistant every aspect of case went smoothly and was equitably resolved. This is after FIVE YEARS of fighting and three law firms. I can’t thank Mr. Ivey and team enough.

I could write a book about how Chris and Mindie helped me through my accident case, but I will just point out a few factors that helped me immensely! Unfortunately I have to change my review and I am shocked at what happened when I came to the same attorney Matt Haynes that did such a great job for me last time. I was recently in a car accident and screwed over by my insurance company I came to Matt who at first when I told him that I needed help sounded enthusiastic about it. Now when I explained how different the situation was this time his voice immediately changed. It sounded almost like he was disappointed. He told me to send some information over and he would see what he could do and get back with me. I admittedly took some time getting everything over to him because it wasn't easy to track it all down but sent it over as I got it. Now after repeated emails, text messages, and phone calls since that ONE AND ONLY TIME I was able to get him on the phone I have heard nothing! When I say nothing I mean nothing! Not even a text and I'm left to think that because after looking into my last case which I come to find was a layup that because he would actually have to work I'm not worth his time! My life is completely screwed up because of this accident. I guess if it's not a layup you should get another firm to work on it! It really does make me sad to have to tell you all this but after being treated like I'm not even worth a simple text I don't think you should use them for a difficult situation!
