I found the Goldman/ Daszkal firm to be very professional. They represented me in a Vehicle Accident Claim. They were great at keeping me informed where the case was and also listened to my concerns. We received a reasonable settlement for my wife's injuries and surgery she received from the accident. Would highly recommend them.

As I read the other reviews, I wonder why I didn’t share the same experiences others had. I had a personal injury case that lasted just over four years. My attorney changed hands three or four times throughout the case and I felt that I was treated as just another number on a docket. Every time a new attorney came into the picture, I had to re-explain what occurred and it felt so impersonal. Towards the end of the four years, I definitely got the feeling they were just trying to be done with everything that involved me and my case. I’m a young guy with a permanent back injury. Had I known that my case would of dragged on like this and that I was going to walk away with a joke of settlement, I would NEVER have chosen to go with Goldman and Daszkal. Don’t get scammed here folks, do your research before committing to a law firm, especially this terrible one!

Dishonest lawyer ,He will tell you what you want to hear and do nothing for you to get as much money as you deserve.He will send you to his corrupt doctor friends and make them rich including himself with your insurance money and then when you sign for your settlement he will offer you absolutely nothing for your pain and suffering He got nothing for pain and suffering for my girlfriend who deserved it and was promised from him that she should have a good case.He is a fraud and seems like he does this to most of his customers who hire him for their accident case.

Even though I was hesitant to enlist the services of a lawyer after a recent car accident, I felt I had no choice when doctors refused to see me or put off treatment for an entire month and my insurance company started to hint that I wouldn't have enough coverage to pay for my medical bills when I finally did receive treatment...even though I had ample coverage. Very nice lawyers , everything went quick and very helpeful the whole time , i am totally satisfy with their help i definitely recommend them .

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. They had us sign the letter of representation, promised to file suit within 1-2 weeks then nothing happened for almost half year. There was almost no communication from their side and then suddenly they send us a letter that they won't represent us anymore. No phone calls, no emails. Very cold and unprofessional. Disappointed, but it's their loss.

As a person who has had a very bad taste in my mouth for personal injury attorneys for almost 8 years. At the point that I retain Goldman dial school a gentleman by the name of Bo Dennis work for them who is a litigation attorney who I admire very much. I never knew that Mr. Glenn Goldman would be leading Council on the case. At first I was not too happy with this as I thought that Mr. Bo Dennis would be handling it. However I'd like to say after meeting Mr. Glenn Goldman and his paralegal Mr. Jay Cohen along with the rest of the team I was completely satisfied.
I like to say that they have compassion, empathy and most of all a general concern for their clients. Pure and simple- Ambulance chasers. As long as your case is quick and simple then yes you might be happy with them. But in my case I was in a severe car accident causing some major back injuries. I knew Alex for many years and talked to him on almost a daily basis and I knew his family so when he said he'd take my case I felt at ease that I was going to be in good hands and I put my trust in him. He sent me to a back Dr, physical therapy, a chiropractor, massage therapist and a mental therapist. After some time of going to all these places and getting a MRI done I was still in severe pain. I told him I was still in pain and he sent me back to the Dr who done my MRI where I told him I am in a lot of pain. My career was purely physical, everything I did was hardcore physical and the pain in my back was paralyzing at times. When I told the Dr about it, I literally cried to him that my back hurt and my job was suffering, he looked at me and said "what do want me to do about it". He brushed me off like I was wasting his time. I told Alex what he said and it was documented in the paperwork, the MRI showed the extent of my injuries and that there was nothing that could be done. Meanwhile I'm losing tons of work, going under financially, my health was going down hill from all the stress and I didn't know what to do. After some time I was told I should settle the case and take what I get which turned out to be close to nothing after everyone else got paid. So here I am in a bad accident not my fault, severe back injuries, had to get a new car which my payments doubled, my car insurance went up, I'm having to give up a lot of work, I'm going under financially, my health is declining and I'm on the edge of having a breakdown yet I'm told to settle my case. I was scared, very depressed, major anxiety attacks and I had my trust in him so I settled. So in the end he got his $ and all his Dr friends got their $ and I got nothing. I ended up having a breakdown and had to go to the hospital for a month, had to leave south fl and move back with my family, I can't work, it's 5 years and I'm still in severe pain but worse than before, the current MRI shows the same as before nothing changed and I'm on disability. I should've been told DO NOT settle your case this is going to be a permanent thing so let it ride out as long as it takes but no he wanted his $. I should still be living down there living the life exactly as I was before my car accident even though I can't work and the other guys insurance should be paying my bills not the government. It's taken me this long to say anything about it because anytime I thought about it before I would have severe panic attacks which I still have on a daily basis. I'm on medication for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and panic attacks. I've been back in the hospital due to suicide attempts and my life will never be the same and it's all a very hard pill to swallow. I worked my @$$ off to achieve my goals and had the career of my dreams but all that is gone and I now live in a place I hate and struggling to get by each month on a fixed income. I was robbed and it sucks. Again if your case is short but sweet he's the guy for you because they want to burn and turn as many cases as possible to get their $ as opposed to waiting patiently and let a case ride out so real justice can be served. But if you're looking at permanent injuries go somewhere else or if he suggest you settle DON'T do it!!!
