Mitch and his staff were a great help navigating the lengthy process of applying for Medicaid Long-term Care for my 98 year old mother who has run out of money. The paperwork itself is overwhelming and the guidance they provided gave me clarity and understanding. Their insight on family communication and sibling participation made some difficult conversations much easier for me. The Kitroser & Associates Law firm is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Mitch Kitroser and Kathryn Perrin helped us to navigate a complex legal process and quickly obtain an emergency temporary guardianship of our 92-year-old fully disabled WWII vet father, who was being mentally abused and financially exploited by a sibling. They also provided outstanding information regarding acquiring permanent guardianship so that our father would continue to receive protection in his vulnerable condition. Mitch is a brilliant and experienced lawyer who carefully explained our options and helped us to ensure proper protection and support for our father. Kathryn is nothing short of an amazing attorney who is solid in her knowledge and execution of elder law with a lovely warm and personable disposition. They always responded to all our questions and returned our emails and calls in a very timely manner. The staff is equally helpful and compassionate, and the office works together like a (non-dysfunctional) family. The Kitroser firm made an extremely difficult and emotional process understandable and held our hand every step of the way. In the end, they won the case and got our father permanent guardianship and the protection and care he deserves.

I technically did not hire this firm yet.... However I did speak with Jonathan Gigele and he was amazing. He answered all my questions honestly and spoke to me in words I could understand. Sorry I didn’t go to law school I don’t know the terms they use and a lot of them just dance around questions or use the terminology you don’t understand so they don’t have to give you a straight answer maybe they don’t know, then just say I don’t know. Anyway Jonathan was great if I have to higher a lawyer it will certainly be him. He was honest, genuine and upfront with me about everything. He spend time with me on the phone knowing he wasn’t getting paid for it but still went out of his way to help me understand things a bit better about Estate,Probate and the court. I’m 35 years old I’ve never been through any of this and recently lost my father. Jonathan was so helpful and understanding. I wanted to share this with everyone specially the employees and staff over at Kitroser & Associates so they know what a great job he is doing and how much he cares to help answer whatever questions you have. I could tell right away this firm is in top of things because I had a conference call scheduled with Jonathan for early morning and the secretary or someone started trying to contact me early saying he might still be in court and asked if a half hour later was ok. Most places will just call you when they can if their late they don’t care because usually you need them a lot more than they need you I mean let’s be honest we all need an attorney every now and then for various things. This was my pleasant experience dealing with them so if your searching for a good firm I strongly recommend this one!!!

Excellent responsive knowledgeable professionals.

I believe the secretary (Tony) screens the calls, if a call is important messages the Attorney will contact you back. If it’s not, the Attorney will contact you back if she wants to. I had to call three times to speak to the Attorney I was assigned to. I was disappointed with this place. I had one Attorney assigned to me, then her Paralegal contacted me, because she couldn’t find my paperwork, which they never had. I would have to go back to their office and drop off my work, (I went there three times). There was so many Attorneys and paralegals, I never knew who I was speaking with. This place was to busy for me.
