ILuv Him

I contacted this firm in need of help concerning my deceased son. I signed all of their required legal forms.Attorney Boris Zhadanovskiy took on my case and stated that I had a strong case. A few weeks into the case I questioned incorrect information that was sent to me. A month later I received a random letter “ certified “ in the mail stating that the firm couldn’t help me. This attorney is very unprofessional he didn’t even bother to call me or send me an email beforehand. This law firm is very unprofessional and lacks empathy. We need attorneys passionate about helping others instead of attorneys like this who are just passionate about money in their pockets.

I have so many wonderful things to say about this firm and especially Boris Zhadanovskiy, Esq. A friend of mine was in a bad car accident several months ago and did not know where to turn. I referred her to Searcy Denny and specifically to Boris. The care and compassion exhibited exceeded expectations and his service level was unparalleled. A top notch operation supported by amazing people.

Chris Searcy and Ed Ricci worked on my case. It was a medical malpractice case. The medical provider had limited liability as they were a State of Florida institution. The Florida Legislature had set the maximum liability under Sovereign Immunity at $200,000. Sovereign immunity's roots extend to medieval England. The doctrine flows from the concept that one could not sue the king in his own courts; hence the phrase "the king can do no wrong." Both Chris and Ed worked diligently on my case. We had a long meeting in their conference room in West Palm Beach with Chris, Ed and their medical experts. Chris asked me if I wanted to go to trial. I told Chris that I did not want to go through a trial and that I wanted him to get the best settlement that he could get for me. Chris and Ed both worked very hard to get me a very good settlement without having to go to trial. I knew that they totally understood the ways in which the medical provider did not meet the "Standard of Care". They totally understood my case and how I had suffered permanent neurological injuries as a result of the negligent care I received. I believe that they negotiated the best settlement possible without having to go to trial. They always kept me current on their interactions with the attorneys for the medical provider. The also kept me current on their interactions and discussions with my medical insurance provider. They always treated me with great respect and were very empathic to my permanent neurological injuries. They were very thorough. In the end, we came to an "amicable settlement" with the medical provider and they did not have to file a lawsuit against the medical provider. They avoided a jury trial that could have taken two to three years and would have had major external costs. If we had gone to trial and the jury made an award, then Chris would have had to get a "Claims Bill" through both houses of the Florida Legislature and then get the "Claims Bill" signed by the Governor. A "Claims Bill" can easily take five years to go through the legislative process. The Governor could have vetoed the "Claims Bill". If we had gone to trial and the jury had not made an award to me, I would have walked away from this with no compensation. Searcy Denney Scarola and Shipley is a very powerful law firm. They have a stellar reputation. I could not have had a better firm handle my case. They always kept me informed and up to date on my case and they made me feel like I was a very special person. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am very thankful to them for the manner in which they handled my case. I am very thankful to Chris Searcy, Ed Ricci and "The Ricci Team" for the manner in which they handled my case. Many medical providers who I know have told me that I could not have found a better law firm in the state of Florida. I cannot say enough good things about this firm.

Hank Searcy has been helping my grandfather Chet Warnock and my uncle Mike Warnock and my dad Dave Warnock in the past and if his son is as good as his dad we are not worried at all!
