I dealt with Cortney and Attorney Andrew Koenig. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and their response to any questions and concerns i might have had. Even though my case wasn't what i would have called a big case, my attorney even gave me his personal cell number should i have any concerns. I don't know how many attorneys would do that. I was injured at work as a phlebotomist and Attorney Jeff Cohen made sure I knew my rights as an injured professional. The communication with him was open at all times. He made sure I received the treatments I needed when I could not before contacting them. He was so professional and empathetic. Workman's compensation is not what I envisioned. I believed it was set up to help injured workers, which is true, but it is also set up to protect the employer. It quickly turns into a situation where you are told one thing by one person and something by someone else. I wish I had contacted my attorney long before I did because I did not have someone on my side until I had them. Employers have attorneys and a whole team telling them what to do to protect them, and you can quickly go from employee of the month to unemployed without counsel. do not use this firm. All they care about is money, they don’t really care about the actual client. They have attorneys that do not even return phone calls and are never in the office. They trick you into dismissing things just so they do not have to show up to hearings. They are completely unprofessional. Vanessa is the only paralegal there that has amazing customer service skills. It’s funny how all they have is positive reviews on here and zero negative.. I heard that they actually pay clients to change their reviews if they don’t like what was written on here. LOL! These people are a joke!!
