Definitely recommend this man to anyone needing his services! He answers the phone every time (unless he’s in court) but he calls you right back as soon as he can! Call him. He knows more than you do!

I reached out to Thomas Grajek attempting to clear up issues relating to old tickets that escalated into loss of license for a relative. He was fast and helpful and got information that there was a simple resolution without further legal action. He could have charged us and got us looped into a contract but instead provided us the information for free and seemed genuinely happy to provide it. If the need arises, I will go back to him for help as he is seems to be the honest exception in his field.

Visited Tom with my husband serval times because his life was at steak and he asked for my opinion on him. However: from a professional perspective, I believe therapeutic communication is a pivotal component to keep rapport with clients. It is understandable that professional lives can be busy and frustrating, but Tom Grajek can learn a thing or two about therapeutic communication...this to include promptness in returning calls and engaging in a respectful manner when talking to clients over the phone. Kindness and humility can go a long way. If dealing with the mental health community, a professional must exhibit such virtue—to ensure an excellent relationship is established and outcomes of satisfied customers is augmented.

What a Fraud we paid him $7000 for and incident which happen due to my mental health conditions. PCSO still charged me with a felony and Tom said to plead guilty. I should of fought it but he was to lazy! He said I would take two years. Well they charged me a felony and also gave me 18 months probation. Tom said that don’t worry I’ll get you if I’m 9 months if your good. Well I was good and when I called him he never called back. So another 9 months passed I just got off on September 2, so since I was charged with a felony I had to surrender my fire arms. He also said don’t worry I’ll get them back so you can sell them. Well is been 2 weeks since I called and he still hasn’t got back to me. Tom is not trustworthy and does not communicate well at all, find a different lawyer! Good luck and I hope this helps!

I think Tom is one of best attorneys around the Polk County area. He is exceptionally good at communication when most attorneys are hard to get in touch with. He is very educated and an expert in the areas he specializes in. He is always going to conferences to perfect his craft. I would recommend him 100%. You will not be disappointed in Tom!

I was given very useful advice when I explained my legal concern

I had already talked with an attorney, and then ran across Mr. Grajeks web-site. I was so impressed with all of the valuable information on his website that I set an appointment for a consultation. I had an extremely complicated case. I ended up hiring him for $5000. He won my case. The prosecutor appealed the decision and I payed more. He won the appeal too. If you don't want to pay attorney fees, you shouldn't put yourself in the position of needing one. If you do need one, Mr. Grajek is the bomb. And give him time to work his magic. Mine took over 2 years. And I was just fine with that. Thanks again Mr. Grajek.

Of I could give 10 stars I would! Attorney Grajek took my case last minute and got my charges dropped in a timely manner. I recommend him to anyone with a criminal case.

Extremely bad choice even for a consultation. I went to his office that has only one parking spot and he is surrounded my other law firms. I went inside and his office which is in shambles and most of the lights were off. Once I told him I was going to enter a not guilty plee he LOST IT. Very rude and tries to be combative. All he wanted to do was get $5000 to enter plee deal for me. Wow he even did the used car salesman routine on me and reminded me of one. He makes his money from doing no work and just plee deals which the prosecutor does. Oh by the way my public defender had the charges dropped this week. Do not go here for a positive outcome!
