Not pleased with the outcome of my case. I knew 3 tickets in one was going to be a hard one, however, there was no inquiring of details or really much information provided about their plan in court. It seems as though they've figured out the bare minimum they can do and charge money to do just that. Had I know I would have gone with a ticket clinic it would have saved me some money.

I still have to pay my tickets in addition to paying them when I could have gotten the points removed by simply taking traffic school which is $40.

Great experience, the firm handled my tickets fast and overall provided a great, friendly experience. Would recommend.

I consulted his paralegal and paid my fees knowing that if I handled the "red light" case myself it would have been dismissed. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with an attorney and I hope to make it known. I had 2 violations on my original citation; one for unlawful speed (15 over) and one for an expired registration. I was issued the ticket by a very nice officer and only had total fines of $160. It cost me $200 to hire the attorney and then I get a fricking letter in the mail saying all is well; you owe $250 in court fees and have to an 8 hour AGRESSIVE driving course. Are you kidding me??? Now I'm over $500 in the hole for doing 50mph in a 35. Unbelievable...Easily the worst attorney known to Hillsborough and Pinellas. I would not even leave a star unless google required it to post this.

I have mixed emotions, it cost 150.00 every ticket I've ever gotten. And for the most part I've gotten out of all the tickets. Except for my last speeding ticket, I have yet to get a letter on the ticket, but I know I was found guilty and got points on my lisence. I've never actually spoken to Dennis, not even once. It's always been the receptionist. I looked up my driving record and that's how I found out I was found guilty and gotten he points. Well anyways I called the office last week to see if I could speak with him to see if there is anything else we can do at this point like an appeal, and he was supposed to call me back that day. And it's now over a week and I'm very unhappy. I will be calling tomorrow. Just disappointed. I mean he has gotten me out of a few tickets, but if didn't look it up online I still would not have a clue. The court date was on the 12th of Nov. it's now the 1st of Dec. I'm not sure if I will be using him if I need a traffic lawyer in the future.

Based on my experience it's 1.5- 2 stars. I contacted them on Wednesday via the internet/email AND left a voicemail shortly after regular work hours. I chose to get an attorney because I was swamped at work, and chose this law office only because they were close to my work incase I needed to stop in their office (which was not necessary). The following Tuesday, one of the receptionist called me and said she would email me their contact information so I could email over my information. I received an email from her the next day on Wednesday just before 4pm, and I responded later with copies of my documents and a brief description of my situation (not guilty). On Thursday I called to make a $150 payment over the phone. Six months later, I get a letter from the attorney's office with a summary from the court indicating they plead guilty for me (what!) and the court ever so kindly knocked off $62.00 off the $262.00 ticket. (Sarcasm).

In short, it took them a week to get in touch with me; 6 months to to finally get back to me; they plead guilty (poor representation here if you ask me!); and it cost $88 more than if I had just taken time off work and took care of it myself. Would I use them again? NO. Would I recommend them to friends and family? NO.

What could they have done better? Promptly get back to me from the beginning and keep me informed. Tell me ahead of time their plan of action (that they were planning to plea guilty-instead of shocking me with this whole 'sorry we couldn't help you, now you're guilty, so pay up' letter 6 months later). I just feel like I got raped, and am left holding the bag is all.

I have been using Dennis for 20+ year and have always been satisfied. He tells you just like it is, thorough, efficient and cost effective.
