Any communication with Robert has always been appropriate and professional. He fulfills his responsibility legally to enforce our association documents and rules. Holding people accountable for their financial responsibility is done professionally by Robert.

I am a tenant of one of the HOAs Association Assessment Attorney’s represents. Due to legalities brought forth by my landlord, I was required to provide documentation to Robert Todd, a lawyer at the association. All correspondences, including basic confirmation of paperwork, were met with attitude.

Aside from the unnecessary comments and unprofessional questions, Robert would spend several minutes of my time googling the statute in question and reading verbatim what it was I was seeking clarification for.

I did not feel Robert was knowledgeable nor did I find his demeanor appropriate.
