I first of all am so grateful I found Hanlon. It was a Saturday when I received my charges. I immediately started looking online and all attorneys were closed on weekends. Hanlon Law showed 24/7 so I called on a Saturday mid day and I was shocked he answered. That immediately made me feel this office was reputable. I gave him a brief summary of the ridiculous misdemeanor battery charges they were trying to put on me. But his confidence made me feel secure I had someone on my side. He said let’s talk in person. I got off the phone knowing he was the right guy. Strong and determined was my first impression. This man walks the walk. We met Monday same day appointment and told me he will do his best to get this dropped. You can’t put a price on peace of mind in these situations. He did his job and delivered.

if 5 faces Hanlon can take BIG CASH from you, for an "easy case", maybe he does a great job, but he also has a side of his practice where if he believes it's an easy peasy case, he takes that big $ then when he finds out its not easy, it's work, cuz HE didn't do his fiduciary responsible homework, then he pulls a JUDAS on you. He has 3 offices, "sole practicioner" (I wasn't thinking), don't believe Hanlon's 1st face and be very careful to have DETAILS UPON DETAILS IN CONTRACT before signing if you dare to risk all. My mistake. This guy DEFENDED the perpetrators in my case and prosecutor who appears to be in some political payoff, if i may still have my belief. thanks...lesson learned. protect children from this $$$$ loving con artist who laughed in my face when I busted him...

I live in the Chicagoland area. In June of 2016 my son was arrested (his first arrest) for a misdemeanor and a class three felony. There existed a possibility of up to 5 years in prison. After rushing to Tampa and speaking with several lawyers my son, wife, and I settled on Will Hanlon. We found him to be an empathetic and genuinely sincere individual. Hid did not sugar coat the severity of the crime and the possible penalties?

Additionally he made no promises but did did assure us that he had successfully handled cases like my sons. During the initial consultation, he laid out what seemed to be a very realistic, hopeful, and achievable strategy. Based on this we hired him.

Will was able to get a Pre-trial Intervention (PTI) for my son. The result was that after doing community service and meeting several conditions there would be no charges filed. (Called a No File). I should point t out that Will had advised my son to meet those conditions before they were put into the PTI. The end result completion of the PTI was that much easier. Will also offered his services to have the arrest expunged from his record.
Will has been available for questions and phone calls any time we needed. I have only one minor criticism of Will. It is that he will tell you that he will call back by a certain time and he does not always do that. Occasionally we had to contact him because he did not contact us by the time and date he said he would. I will point out that he is not cheap. Others out there would have charged us less. However, in the final analysis he was well worth the price. I can and do recommend Will Hanlon without any reservations.
