Hire them a while back wanted Derek but they gave me the other guy and told me that Derek would help with my case, long story short Derek never help and I ended up pleaing out to a charge that I felt could have been beat. Try to go back for a dui and a introduction of contraband and demand that I have Derek Byrd to represent me he told me or should I say they told me that they couldn't do anything to help me . Hired another attorney from Tampa and she got the charges reduced to reckless driving and the introduction of contraband down to simple possession and adjudication withheld, only got 6 months misdemeanor probation. In short this law firm will only take your case if he's feels it's a easy when and if they do take your case you won't get Derek Byrd they'll pass you to the orher guy in the firm who's name is drew . Don't hire these people there overrated and over paid...
