I was originally charged with felony dwlsr/habitual. Mr. Sullivan was able to get it dropped to a misdemeanor, and finally to a infraction! No probation, a few fines and I only attended one court date. Not to mention I was able to get my license back after 12 years of not having it(albeit my own doing). After being referred to by a friend I was nervous about the process but Tim reasurred me that he would be by myside the entire time. He walked me through the steps and made sure that I understood what I was doing. After a while wait, he then proceeded to tell me that my DUI was dropped to wreckless driving. We then had another meeting and he explained to me everything I had to do. He made the entire process seemless which was very refreshing because the whole situation in general was very stressful. I am very grateful to have been represented by Mr. Sullivan and would highly reccomend him to anyone.

I wish there is more than just 5 stars. I just got out of jail less than a few hours and here comes someone to the door, it is an advertisement box hand delivered from this office. My mom and I were scared and like this is crazy way of advertising, looked at it and put it to the side. Was not going to hire a lawyer because I don't like them and they are to expensive (I was generalizing and in this case I was wrong judging them this way. At the time I was trying to work with the public defender. I dropped off papers to them and did not hear back after a week and when I called that is when I was told that she is on military leave and wont be back for 3 weeks and that nothing can get started until the state file charges. That was when I decided to hire an attorney. After looking at the advertisements I always came back this law firm, for 2 reasons they were former state prosecutors and I am unique and that marketing made an impact. Right when I called I spoke with Mr. Sullivan and he told me that the state filed charges yesterday (yet no call from the public defender office). Attorney Timothy Sullivan was retained to represent my 16 year old son in an aggravated battery case. From the beginning my son always denied the charges. Overwhelmed with shock and dismay I felt helpless as the mound of lawyer letters grew to thirty. I knew that I needed help but had no knowledge of the law. As close to miracle workers as I've ever seen. Was expecting to be charged with a pretty serious felony but Russo & Russo seemed to have hawk eyes when it came to procedural problems, chain of evidence problems, whether or not my rights had been violated etc. Granted, professionalism and expertise isn't a high bar to hit when you look at our legal system. That notwithstanding, with some of the stories I've heard from numerous people who have been in similar situations I can't see how you can afford NOT to retain them. In the end I barely had to go to court and just got a minor misdemeanor because this law firm was able to demonstrate the state had no case. I don't think a public defender would have been able to do that, much less remember my name or phone number.
