My experience with Morgan and Morgan is very negative. After falling on unlighted stairs in a movie theater Morgan and Morgan took my case about 4 years ago. During those four years, I was transferred to other lawyers for a total of four lawyers. Medicare was not repaid in a timely fashion and after being told interest was being waved by medicare, I learned it was not waived and I paid the interest to avoid having my credit rating compromised. The mediation was concluded on May 4th, but I did not receive a check until the beginning of Jan. 2019. Furthermore, after my final lawyer told me that he expected my share of the settlement to be between $8000. and $20,000. I was then told it would be about $2900. I was finally given a check for less than $1900. Time frames came and went and I was constantly told some story or other about what was happening. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The staff have been extremely professional and informative. Excellent with communication. I'm far from over so I can't rate them entirely, but for the last 2 months they've been amazing.

Horrible Experience Do you want to waste your time Call MORGAN AND MORGAN Just spoke with Donna Sarasota Office concerning my Motorcycle being knocked over and damaged while I was eating at a fast food restaurant in Sarasota. The property does Not have security cameras. Donna kept talking down to me and acted as if I was wasting her time. Donna kept asking me if the property was private or Public.

If you’re looking to waste your time. Come here. Spoke on the phone for over an hour with no results, just a statement of “we will get back to you soon”. One month later I visit their local office close to me, they had me speak with someone on the phone, who after 25 minutes of me waiting, gave me a phone number to call for additional help and told me they can’t help me out, which they could have stated when I first contacted them. there are more experienced firms with better service out there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

If you have a lot of time to spend with a poorly trained intake admin. working somewhere with a dog barking in the background then call this firm . After a 35 minute "free consult" she told me if I didn't give the name of the offending dentist to her, Morgan & Morgan isn't interested in evaluating my case any further. That policy should have been made clear up front. Her lack of focus and general demeanor did not build trustworthiness.

Now I'm stuck having to pay almost $800 for an emergency room visit for an auto accident where someone else is at fault. morgan and morgan said they would help get the insurance company to take care of that bill. They told me they took the case. Then I get the decline- to- represent letter a few days later. I'm part of the people. SEASONED LIARS.

They are definitely not for the people I've called them with 2 very reasonable cases one for mis diagnosed child injury another 4 on obvious child labor law being broken And both times I was told that they could not help me with my case it seems they only help people with guaranteed wins Which both of mine were pretty good guarantees so they are by far not for the people they are for themselves.

Most of these are giving 5 stars and a few are giving 1 star which could be from former disgruntled clients. Dave Blake did a great job for me in getting justice for the injury I sustained in a store where a hazard was left that was unsafe. I tripped on it and fractured my arm and banged up lots of other parts. I called Morgan and Morgan in less than 24 hours and met with him an hour later. Contacted them about SEVEN months ago and CAN'T get a call or email response except for MAYBE two or three times with no explanations or answers. They brag advertise about the giant corporations they sue but don't care about the little people suits. In short"FOR THE PEOPLE" is JUST NOT TRUE.
