Didn't look up ANY info regarding my case
Didn't present ANY plan...
It was basically. .I'll only care/do anything if you pay now, he didn't provide any confidence ideas, nothing,
IT was like talking to anyone ...he did not offer any ideas plans, course if action
Acted bothered & gave nothing to go on.
Not sure what he was consulting

This review is pertaining to small claims court only: Dont let them talk you into represention from the “loser pays court costs and attonrey fees” perspective, WRONG. Work out all FINAL COSTS before you head to court. Had three different final bills within a week and the last one had the 3$ parking fee on it which probably gets written off come tax season...
Represention was mediocre (entire case was already built and you’ll pay as if you’re on a felony criminal case) and when it came to defending the point of loser paying “attorneys fees” there was little to no rebuttle. All in all if the law is on your side, do the small claims thing yourself. You shouldnt wind up negative from WINNING a judgement.

Once I finally got to Ben Lusk, (after 7 months) there was progress in my case. I do feel that the communication is a bit lacking. I was told by the first attorney I spoke with that he would go to the property where the injury occurred immediately to take photos. This wasn't done until much later when the property owners had repaired the problem. If it had been done immediately, I don't believe the case would have had to be filed. There would have been proof for immediate terms of settlement.
My case was filed before I ever got to speak to Ben, which was unnerving. I did receive a settlement although very minimal considering what I went through and the changes my injury caused in my life. Also, I was initially told they were a 33.3% firm, which if your case is filed, will jump to 49%. I don't feel that there was enough work on my case to justify half of my settlement. If I ever require legal assistance again, I will check reviews on all sites first, since there are some very negative reviews on this firm.
