INCREDIBLY SLOW, INCREDIBLY UNRESPONSIVE, INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNENTHUSIASTIC STAFF
Paid the dues and they just ran away with my money — I FEEL 100% robbed, but since they are lawyers, they can do whatever they want because they feel they are the law. I experienced poor customer service (Nadia who seems very unhappy with her job) and poor in setting customer expectations. They tell you that they can expedite cases when they cannot (Maria Elena who confidently said that they CAN EXPEDITE). Disappointing — they set high expectations just for you to give money.
Hire someone else or do your immigration on your own. This law office is highly disappointing as they will only tell you fluff and no hard follow-through.
No one answers their phone even though it’s business hours. This law office robbed me off my money and time.
