Mr. Villeda is business smart, quick problem solver and hard worker. I highly recommend Villeda's office. As soon as Mr. Villeda took my business issue, he resolved is fast, effective and with a great success for us. The second attorney, Cheatham, who works with him, is also doing great. I don’t often write reviews, however after my experience with my attorney Mark Talbot, I wanted to help others know that he is an excellent choice. My husband and I live out of state, and we needed to find an attorney after my my mother-n-law passed away to handle her estate. It was scary and challenging trying to find an appropriate honest lawyer, to handle our some what complicated case. We were impressed with his knowledge, and his organization. He provided us with options and recommendations. He responded promptly to emails. The legal process overall takes some time. We would like to handle everything like in TV, and solve the issue in a 30 minute sitcom, but the reality is the legal process does take some time. With our case, we hired Mark Talbot when he was in his own practice, he transitioned to join the Villeda Law Group. We were impressed with his ability to flawlessly move practices without any interruption to our case. We first met Mark Talbot when we had our court case, and we were impressed with how he handled the case and it was comforting to see he was well known at the courthouse. Our case went smoothly but it had 2 parts to the case, and the judge only signed off on 1 accidentally. We had to return home, and we thought we were out of luck. But Mark Talbot goes above and beyond, he doesn’t like to leave any matter uncompleted, and he brought the case to the judge, and completed our case completely. The Villeda Law Group is lucky to have Mark Talbot. I am so grateful that we had Mark Talbot handle our case, and I would definitely use Mark again. Had a real bad experience with a gentleman David who had trouble understanding that i had coverage for outside attorneys. The gentleman kept talking over me. He advised to see if they would be covered, and i got the paperwork to look it over as far as coverage and working something out. The gentleman responded with the we need to hear from you or your insurer. In the end it seemed like he didnt want to work and i wonder i how this firm stays in business.
