Amy Smith was great!!! I called several offices in the area with no response but Amy called me back in 15 minutes. I don’t live in the area anymore and explained it would be difficult to make it up there for a court date and she got on it right away! The price was more than fair and the work was more than professional. I was able to do everything over the phone, and she dismissed the nonsense charges against me. She even went out of her way to go collect documents from the courthouse for me literally minutes after I called her. Working with Amy was a breeze and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Lance Williams and Minick Law has helped me greatly, and I am more than thankful that I picked them to represent me through one of the hardest and scariest times in my life, I had got arrested for a DWI which I was not guilty of, and never once did Lance or Minick Law look at me as if i was guilty, he thoroughly went through my case reviewing and doing everything he could for me from getting the ball rolling on getting all the video evidence requested as soon as possible, he made sure to stay in contact with me and assure me that he was gonna do anything and everything possible to prove my innocence. When it finally came to my trail date, Lance Williams represented me just as he had promised, he did everything he could for me and just to add Lance really knows his stuff when it comes to all this, he knew what to ask and what to say and even though he had video evidence of the night, he didnt even have to use it unless he was gonna have too. He was very prepared for the case, and even with the officers trying to delete some video and screw me over he was still able to go into the courtroom and prove my innocence because he is very experienced and knows all his stuff very well, At the end of the day. The judge ruled I was NOT GUILTY. And its all thanks to Minick Law and Lance Williams. I now recommend everyone that needs any assistance to go to Minick Law because they really know what they are doing and they are always there for you when you need them. The DWI is now expunged off my record and I still have my license and still free and innocent. Thank you Lance and Minick your very much appreciated and I couldnt have made a better choice.
