Vance Jennings totally screwed up my disability claim. He never filed an appeal after I was declined second round yet told me we were waiting on a hearing. i checked with social security on my status only to find out my case had been closed 6 months earlier!!! I was told by SS that I have to start the entire process all over again after I have already been out of work for 15 months. I am devastated!!!

When I was filling out my disability paperwork initially, I saw how the forms did not allow me to cover the many conditions I have and the severity. I called several firms specializing in disability and asked for professional help in filling out the forms. All of the firms told me to fill the forms out to the best of my ability and to expect my case to be denied. Once denied, I was to call back for legal assistance. However, a gentleman from Brent Adams & Associates (I don't remember his name) called me back a few hours after being told to fill out the forms myself and asked me how I was doing and if I still needed help. He answered some of my questions and explained that Social Security usually denies everyone at the first application and an attorney will assist me with appealing the denial.

I did what the gentleman said and was denied as he had predicted. But, because he took the time to call me back when I filled out the application initially and because Mr. Jennings has great reviews from just about everyone, I called Brent Adams & Associates to handle my appeal.

The only person I met prior to my SSDI hearing was Kendra. She was highly organized, answered all the questions we had in detail and with confidence and is a fantastic person to be the face of Brent Adams & Associates. If she did not know the answer to a question, she found the answer and relayed it to me quickly. What I did not realize at the time is that Kendra was the only person I would see until I met with Mr. Jennings right before my SSDI hearing. Because of this, to me she was the face of Brent Adams & Associates. If she had been a different person who did not present herself well, I might have gone to a different firm. I hope she is paid well and given the respect and opportunities she deserves.

Once my SSDI application was denied, I was in regular contact with Mr. Jennings and his paralegals, Kathy and Ashley, on a regular basis. Because I had a lot of medical appointments that I routinely logged with them, they had a lot of work to do in following my case and keeping up with acquiring current medical records which resulted in 26,000 pages at the time of my hearing. It was crazy in getting statements from specialists in regard to my medical and physical status. Kathy was marvelous in getting and creating special forms for doctors who were persnickety about types of forms they would fill out and in routing one form to me instead of the doctor because of a timing issue with the doctor. One specialist ignored the forms Kathy faxed to her for silly reasons, but Kathy continued to send different types of forms until the specialist received one she liked and would complete.

Mr. Jennings blew me away at my hearing. He knew my voluminous record. He was able to point the judge and social security doctor to specific records whenever there was a question. The judge asked him to write an additional brief on my behalf, and he did. He won my case for me at the first appeal. I find that amazing because everyone told me to expect to be denied at the first hearing. Most people told me to expect to not be granted SSDI for several years. Because of Mr. Jennings, I will not need to drain the last of my savings and retirement accounts and I feel safe in knowing that I will have some sort of income from social security.

I highly recommend Mr. Vance Jennings and Brent Adams & Associates. I hope I never find myself needing to apply for SSDI again, but if I do, Mr. Jennings will be the only attorney I will call.

I met with Mr Adams and after giving full disclosure concerning my problem Mr. Adams informed me that the retainer would be $3500 and he would take $500 down. I met with his paralegal 1 week later and she said the minimum down would be $1500. I explained to her the conversation I had with Mr. Adams so she left to contact and verify with Mr. Adams. When she returned she said due to the complexity of the case the amount down was to be $1500. Mr Brent Adams was fully aware of the "complexity" when I met with him and he quoted me the original down payment of $500 but he would not accept that down payment and I am left without representation.

I am so grateful to Mr Vance Jennings. He thoroughly knew my case and spent diligent time studying it and how to present it so it would be recieved correctly. He understood my problem processing things and was able to set me up to where I could freely express my physical limitations and how they effect me mentally to the judge. I felt so at ease and confident. I am so grateful for all the people who have worked so hard on my case for the duration. It has been a tough road these past 16 yrs and I have had many who've turned me down. Praise God for leading me to yall. Thank you for not giving up on me and God used you to bring light and a sense of peace to my future. It was a wonderful successful end. :)

July 9, 2009 life changed forever. The car I was traveling in struck a mini-van that had run a STOP sign. Very bad experience! Contacted Brent Adams office in April 2018, spoke with the intake person to see if they would accept my case. Received a call back stating that yes they could take it and to request medical records be sent to them. I had my medical records sent. Jump ahead 6 months and received a call from a gentleman at the office stating that he will be managing my case, had an almost hour conversation with him and he said he didn’t have the medical records and asked where I sent them. I went back to my email to find the paralegal of intake persons email and name and he stated they were no longer there but that he will find my records because it was unacceptable for them to have lost them. Fat forward a few months I received a document in the mail requesting I fill out all time missed from my job due to the presenting issue. Fast forward now, a total of 14 months and I received a letter with all of my medical records stating that they cannot take my case with NO explanation. How does this even happen?!? Horrible horrible experience. This office should be ashamed of themselves! What a waste of valuable time when I could have been 14 months into my case with someone else. Very very unprofessional! If you are looking for an attorney, do yourself a favor and find a good one, because this office is not it!

Liar, thief, scam artist. I am on the autism spectrum and had a hearing this past may. He already rescheduled my first one because he couldn't be there, and then he never showed up to this one and didn't tell my mother or I until literally 30 minutes beforehand (in the only phone call i ever spoke to him). I only talked to him once, and he refuses to give me my money back and is still STEALING my money even when we fired him. Con artist, scammer, taking advantage of mentally ill people. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! HIRE LEGAL AID. CON ARTIST.

I got hurt at mountaire farms where i tore my acl and had it replaced. They stopped paying for my treatment and I called Brent Adams right away. They have been awsome with me and are always there. They just recently got me set up for a second opinion on my knee and is still standing by my side. I have recommended them to several others at mountaire that have had severe injuries as well. If you want the best give them a call.

The worst company EVER! Someone came to my house and did an consolidation over three years ago and never heard anything back. Called the office someone was supposed to call me back and never did. They have all my personal information from birth to present and I never heard ANYTHING! Definitely calling the BBB!
