Maria Chavez is the worst employee there. Very rude to my son and very unprofessional. Went in to talk to my lawyer and gave me a disgusting attitude and acted miserable as if she hated her job. Very malicious and very poor attitude. Would never want someone like her to represent the front desk. Dissatisfied.

A little over 2 years ago, I was misrepresented and lost my privilege to drive for a year. I was a new resident in a very rural part of WNC. There is no Uber or Lyft up here. I was self-employed and because I could not meet with my clients, I started losing them. I made the attempt to save a larger client and was stopped after a State Trooper ran my tag. I lost my driving privileges for another year.

I tried it again in Hendersonville, got busted, but this time I contacted Sheffron, Bradley and Associates. We went through everything in detail. They worked with me even while I was working out of the state and country where there was mass transit and I could earn money.

All I can say is that I am very thankful. The case was basically dismissed, but I can't get in any sort of traffic trouble for the next 3 years - no problem! A very fair trade off as I could have been thrown in jail. They were extremely professional and I actually like them personally.

Mr. Sheffron got me full custody of my children. I never doubted him or his staff for a moment.

To be brief, the stress of my custody issue was escalated by the drama with this firm. Evidently there was something that went on between the 2 partners, and one was discharged from this firm. That happened to be the attorney I had worked with for 5 months and the reason I signed on with this firm. The attorney discharged was the one with experience in custody cases and family law. I trusted him, but after his departure, I was given a choice, to stay with the firm that I had paid, but did not know or trust; or to leave and lose my 4k that I had paid. I chose the later as I did not trust this attorney for many reasons. This is something I care deeply about and was not going to risk. Needless to say I found the attorney that I had been working with and am pleased I did, but this is a warning to be sure that you are not reading the reviews assuming you and your custody issues are going to be resolved. I do believe that the individual that handled those successful cases has left and has opened his own firm leaving this firm inadequate in these issues in family law. All in all I have lost time, money, sleep, and energy.

Sheffron Law Firm got me off 2 felony charges and a uncountable amount of traffic violations over time. There is by far no better attorney in all of Henderson or Polk county. Not only is Sheffron a top notch lawyer but he's overall a good man who works for the people. If i had any say I'd put him in charge of this entire country.

Mr. Sheffron represented me for over 2 years and never gave up. He believed in me and saved my job, my family, I owe him everything.

Run from this law firm! This is the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. You have better luck getting in touch with the President of the United States than Mr. Bradley. He failed to explain the process as my hearings went along. Told me I didn't need to be there for the verdict and then failed to provide me with what the verdict was. Never answered my questions about matters which arose during my time with him and did everything he could to make me feel avoided and completely unadvised! He was court appointed and I guess that means as a client you are the bottom of the totem pole! The staff is completely rude and you're lucky to get a word in even to explain what you need help with. They will cut you off mid sentence without notice to answer another call. Absolutely unacceptable! All this law firm cares about is taking on as many clients as possible to feed their wallets! They have no compassion or concern about you as a person! If I could give them negative stars I would!

Without disclosing confidential information, all I can say is the attorneys at Sheffron Law saved my life. If you need a lawyer and don't hire them, you better pray the other side doesn't hire them.
