Worst lawyer I have ever had. Made sure to always ask for money but only did the bare minimum. I got more done with my next lawyer in 2 weeks than she did in 6 months. Don’t waste your money.

This law firm is amazing. Monica Has help me out tremendously she was there for me through the whole process listen to me about everything I needed to talk about and answered all questions her staff is very helpful. And on another note I have read some of these reviews and they are false. This law firm is not all about money she’s handled two of my cases in one she did pro Bonow so therefore all these other reviews that are showing one star ratings are lies I recommend you give her a try for any case because she gets results.

She threw away the case file. Monica Stallings wasted our time because she hates poor people and views them as stupid. I told her my child would end up hurt if she didn't help and she was. The woman quit because we had to move. I don't understand why she can't take her clients word for what it is and have compassion. We needed to leave a family member's house and we did. Then my daughter and I called her office. She could have had us in court much sooner. I was attending college, my daughter was stuck needing therapy with a family shes of no relation to and this attorney is not professional. Her front desk staff will stare at someone with hand tremors as if she knows what it is. She even thinks people that write run on sentences don't know that doesn't relate to how they parent. I mean, why can't you answer the email? Get us in court? Act as if you see the urgency? If nothing else don't treat us like that. My hands have always done it and an abusive male client shouldn't get better services just because you think you know all. You don't.

As soon as we let her go we got exactly what we wanted in custody court with another lawyer. We wasted a year of our kids lives and many thousands of dollars. Consumer be warned.

They tried to reply saying we never used this firm. That’s pretty funny because they definitely cashed our checks. This just shows how incompetent they are. I have hired several lawyers and this is by far the laziest and least professional of them all.

Monica Gillett is an awesome attorney. I always recommend her to my friends, because she is such an excellent attorney. I know she will look out for your best interest as she has mine. She was always professional, courteous and concerned. She listens to what you want. You can trust her to do a great job in handling your case. She was fast and successfully handled our cases. I can not say enough good things about her representation and interaction with her; as well as her office staff. She is always accommodating and pleasant. She knows the law. Go and watch her in court. Her confidence will gain your trust fast and you will want her representing you.

I do not know how she even lives with herself. Personally, I cannot believe I trusted her. She took thousands of dollars from me, did not help me fight for my child, and then in the end was cruel, and none of the workers were even compassionate or sympathetic to say the least of circumstances. They were rude to me, and did NOT do what I hired them to do. I am seriously disappointed that this lady even deceives people into thinking she is going to work for them, on their behalf.

Monica went above and beyond to help me with my case! She spent five days in trial for me and was incredible, to say the least. She was aggressive and asked all the questions I wanted her to ask and more. If you are a mom, she is the best attorney in Henderson County for child custody! She cares and will work hard for you! No, attorneys aren't cheap, but the cost is worth it for a good one. She's worth every penny!

This woman and her group is out to take your money. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. NO VERBAL agreements are kept by this group. They do NOT return calls and like ALL lawyers, once they have your money they don't do a damn thing!
