It is hard to summarize my experience with this wonderful law office without writing an entire novel. I came to them a broken and distraught mother, simply trying to set up joint custody of my sweet 3 year old boy. They were immediately understanding and empathetic to my situation. They took their time to hear my entire explanation and then patiently explained the best path forward for the optimal solution.

Ms. James did not sugar coat anything, and was upfront about all the possibilities. While it was sometimes a difficult to hear the truth, she did it out of pure honesty so that I could make the best decisions for the future of my family. Combine her expertise with Ms. Panter and their paralegal, Ms. Latham, I felt like I had an army supporting me.

They answered every phone call, text message, and email promptly and thoroughly. In addition to the attorneys and paralegal that I worked with, the entire office staff was courteous and polite. There are no words to express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for every single person with NBFL, especially David Pace. When I first met with Mr. Pace, I was completely distraught and thrown into a situation that made my worst nightmare come true - losing my children.

From the very beginning, Mr. Pace and his team worked diligently and efficiently to make this nightmare disappear. I had a consultation today with Ruby regarding a divorce and was extremely disappointed with it. The entire time it felt like I was talking with an opposing attorney. Ruby was very judgemental and condescending. I am a stay at home mom hoping for support until I can get situated and Ruby acted as if I did not deserve it, several time suggesting I start looking for a job. My son has Becker’s Muscle Dystrophy and she did not take into account any needs he may have in the future and advised I get concret plans for him, which anyone remotely aware of the disease would know is impossible. It felt like after the first few minutes Ruby had already decided that I should only receive the bare minimum. I would not refer anyone to her, especially women. If I continue with the divorce I will not be using Ruby and the New Beginnings Law firm. My advise is to stay away and find a more considerate law firm that will actually have your best interest.

My great niece was placed into my home when
she was 3 1/2 months old .
After 2 months we were told she would be
placed permanently with a relative that we didn't know
and possibly with no visitation .
We were devastated !.
We were also told by her case workers and other attorneys
it would be a wast of time and money to hire an attorney because
of our circumstances.
But at New Beginnings we were meet with a positive attitude a yes we can and we will attitude by the entire staff.

Ruby Panter was the lawyer who chose to represent me, and I cannot express how fantastic a person she is and how incredible a job she did. The entire law firm exceeded my expectations in every way. I went to New Beginings Family Law for a custody modification. It was a long and difficult journey.

She is one of the most sincere attorneys I have ever met. She never failed to let me know what to expect always keeping me well informed. I actually had two different trials with this same case. During the first trial she was able to secure a visitation schedule I didn’t know existed. The second trial she was able to secure 50-50 Custody of my daughter.

If you are looking for a great attorney, you will not go wrong with David Pace. He is very knowledgeable, caring and always goes above and beyond what is expected. I have used him more than once and have never been disappointed!

I hired David Pace, who didn't object to the hearsay evidence used against me at trial, and didn't even object when my civil rights were violated. The one time he did object in court, the judge didn't even rule on the objection, but told the prosecutor to "just continue." He's weak and ineffective. If you need someone who will FIGHT for you, do not hire Pace. The New Beginnings staff, who are not competent either, will charge you for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. For example, they charged $100 per page for creating a 3-page paper (for a total of $300) and then charged another $45 for filing it electronically in Alafile, which takes about 30 seconds, plus they charged another $45 for uploading it to their customer billing system, which takes another 30 seconds. It was $5,000 straight down the toilet. Find yourself somebody who will fight for you, and it's not David Pace or New Beginnings.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the help, guidance, and representation during my difficult time. Amber and her staff were extremely helpful and responsive. They constantly reassured me and help to ease my fears and concerns. They are very competent, concerned, and compassionate. I cannot recommend them enough!

If divorce is where you have to go, then this is the office for all your family needs. Amber James, particularly offered a compassionate and listening ear to hear clearly my situation. Communicated with ease what I could expect to transpire. Communicated effectively with the other parties involved. This office offered a variety of options to achieve the end results and made this otherwise difficult transition much easier. My wife's mother found this firm through a friend who had used them for a stepparent adoption. Once I met Amber I knew she was the attorney for my custody case. Her Christian values drive how she conducts herself in business. She is also a strong advocate for father's rights. Her team explained legal terms and steps to the process. They are easy to get in touch with and have a great staff to help each client through very stressful times. I have recommended them to numerous people and will continue to do so.

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with attorneys. I live out of state and they treated me like a stranger. I couldn't get a return phone call from my attorney after three months, they billed me for every email and phone call, and they didn't listen to any of my requests. After the entire ordeal, I spent almost $7K without ever seeing a court date, still having a future trial with no representation, and still overpaying for the child support amount for which I originally hired them for ten months earlier. It was clear that they were familiar enough with the other attorney to know their moves, but did nothing to counter. They basically facilitated everything between the opposing attorney with me without ever giving proper counsel, or fighting back on my behalf. It was truly the filthiest experience of my life getting charged that much for attorney's to do nothing but get their paralegal to push paperwork for them. NOT recommended for anyone living out of state.

This business is phenomenally personal. For what was a terrifying situation, they were welcoming, inclusive, efficient, and personable. Every visit to the office was friendly and familiar. They told us she was no longer a attorney when in fact she is still a attorney she has just created her own firm now.(Kristina is the attorney we wanted) They will charge you a arm and a leg and then on court day they will come in and not be prepared at all.
