Would highly recommend Randy to anyone looking for legal services. I got in a car accident to which my vehicle was not insured at the time. The person that I was in the accident with, insurance company attempted to sue me for almost $7000 for an accident which I was not at fault. I hired Randy & he got the case dismissed before my scheduled court date. Didn’t even have to step foot in a court house. I went through the most difficult time in my life when I could not find a lawyer for my medical malpractice case. Mr. Randy Ferguson was the first caring lawyer I have ever experienced during my pro se litigation. If Mr. Ferguson decides to take your case you are very lucky. You have no need to look further for defense. Randy takes the time to actually respond to all your questions and he even answers on weekends and holidays! Most lawyers, at least the ones I have experienced, can treat a layman with disrespect and act like they are so much higher than their client. Plaintiffs are hurting and we need empathetic defense.
