I had the misfortune of being involved in a probate/real estate transaction involving Mitchell & Mitchell's office, as well as their associated title company, Tri-Star Title Co.

On their end, the entire interaction was a train-wreck from start to finish. Misinformation, conflicting information, delayed information, no information - they had it all. Considering they are the supposed 'professionals' that people who are often grieving rely on for guidance throughout the probate process, they are a joke.

So many balls were dropped through the whole process, it is honestly a miracle that the estate was ever closed & everything finalized!

I will never recommend them!!! We hired Rachelle for a child custody case. We paid her $1,500. We met her 1 time to go over the paperwork she had drawn up. Short time after we had her put a hold on the court date. She forgot to cancel the court date. We ended up going to court without her and got custody. Rachelle got mad at us and refused to represent us any longer. She then sends us a bill for $2,000 more. RIPPED US OFF!!!
