She doesn’t know what she’s doing, doesn’t show up to court, isn’t helpful & I would get a second opinion before giving any money to her.

No communication. I went through 5 different people that worked for her. Case started in 2014 and ended in 2019. Should of only taken half the time. They let our case fall through the holes and we had to pay an additional $220 due to their lack of returning calls. Very unsatisfied with this place. The person before the last person messed up our information by messing up a date. Now my husband is band from the US for 10 years. I recommend going else where if you want it done right the first time and in a more reasonable time.

I withdrew my case 6 weeks after hiring her, because she and her team were too slow or very busy with personal life or something else and did not do anything about my case for 6 weeks. She won't return the money I paid after I withdrew my case eventhough she never did anything on my case.

Below is the exact email reply I got from Heather when I asked for a refund because my case was stalled and not acted on for 8 weeks and I have to withdraw it. Note that most things in this email from Heather are untrue. I submitted the forms to her office. I only saw her on the first day of consultation and I met with the case worker she assigned me only once and since then I could not reach any of them and to make appointments with her was impossible even though I was ready to pay the $120 per appointment but they won't pick up my calls at her office (how is that seeking excessive attention). I have to walk into the office and submit the forms and my document at the front desk of the office when I was frustrated. The case worker could not answer any of my questions correctly at the one time I was lucky to meet with her and she promised to get clarification from Heather and never got back to me. I threatened to file a Bar complaint against her and she still won't care. PLS AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE

"I supplied you with both the AOS docs needed (which ARE needed otherwise I would not ask for them) along with the questionnaires which you never provided this office.
As stated clearly in the contract you signed, refunds are not given especially in this case as time and work have been done on your case and you only paid HALF of the attorney fees.
Note, I explained the process with you in great detail. You understood what was needed, my office spoke to you as well to explain what was needed and to answer your inquires. When a client needs excessive attention it gets very difficult to continuously answer the same questions over and over. It is not reasonable nor appropriate to expect your case worker to continue to entertain your repetitive questions when already answered.

Do not use this place for your immigration issues. Don't say I did not tell you. They take your money and act as if they are doing you a favor. You will beg them with tears before they will file your case. What take 1 week might take 3 months and you won't be able tk communicate with them. I TOLD YOU

Be careful, run and get another immigration Lawyer. She only took my money. 2 months she did nothing about my immigration form, I only saw her on the 1st day of consultation. She acted as if she will put all her best in my case, but that the last I had of her after I hired her and paid. I tried to see her but I was told I will have to pay $120 for everytime I want to see her even though she already took $1600 for legal fees. She gave me a case worker who appears to know nothing about the immigration law. The case worker use google everytime I ask her a question and continue to give me wrong answers. Also the case worker is surely overwhelmed and I was only ably able to see her once in 2 months.
My immigration paper that should take one week to file was stuck with her office without any action for 2 months. I was forced to withdraw my case and she will not return the money.

It is either she is overwhelmed with work, under staffed or just do not care about her clients. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE FOR YOUR IMMIGRATION CASES

I rarely do reviews and if I do, I only give positive once because I understand negative reviews will affect a business negatively. However, to safe other people from the same headache I went through when I hired Heather, I will do this.
Your first meeting with Heather, she will be nice and appears she will be committed to your case. After you signed up and paid nonrefundable fee, she assigned you a Case Worker with little or no experience in legal services. From there, your trouble will start, they will ask you to go look unnecessary documents just to delay it because they are short staffed and the office will stop picking up your calls. In my own case I only saw the case worker once and Heather herself just the first day I came for consultation. For seven weeks nothing was done about my case even though I already paid the deposit. I was unable to setup appointments because the office will not pick up my calls.
I ended up withdrawing my case after about 8 weeks and gave it to another Lawyer who filed it in 2 days. I complained to Heather herself via email and ask for a refund but she said I was asking for excessive attention even though I only met with my Case Worker just 1 time in 7 weeks and no one answered my question. This is the worst Lawyer I've ever met, customer service is negative here, no client lawyer relationship and with that your case is dead on arrival, they are only care about your money. She is a young Lawyer and I hope this review and others will help her make the right changes. I believe she has some friends who helped her with review on google, please search other sites for the review of this place before you put you hire her.

I was meet with heather in person and told her everything we want for my mom sponsor her children. Price are affordable but she and few her employees so damn slow. Wow, lucky I read all these reviews. I was just about to call her today when the office open for my friend. She sounds like a scam artist who only cares about the money. It's a shame. People like this should be out of business if you dont care about the people. Shame on her.

Heather takes the time to listen to everything you have to say and does a very good job to help out. Went to her twice to help me with a custody case and we got what we asked for. If I ever need her services again I will definitely reach out to her. I have no doubt on recommending her to anyone.

I had an appointment with her and when we got there she wasnt even there. We did a conference call for a few minutes but i was a little upset with that. Somthing else that kind of bothered me was when i called to make the appointment I asked specifically if they would consider helping me fill out a specific document (which would be the affidavit of support) and they said yes. When I start asking about it, she said she would not do just one document. And that they would have to prepare everything. She also gave some misleading information such as saying it would be ok for my husband to go out of legal status for a few months as long as he didnt drive (so he would have less of a chance to be picked up by immigration) so we could come up with money for attorney fees. So at the end of the day I paid the $35 consult fee and left extremely uneasy and disarisfied. I would not reccomend.

Mrs. Hadi was fantastic, she worked with us to get my mother here on a visitor visa and also got my wife a green card. I am a US citizen and I admire this lawyer for not only the work she does in her office but the fact that I see her in the news and in the papers and in our community advocating for immigrants! She is very nice and made both processes understandable for us, she never lied to us about how long it would take and was up front.
