So far, I have contacted Justice Unlocked several times for three cases (one for me, and the other two for my friend). The executive director, Jamie Sutton, helped us to resolve or understand the problems. I was impressed with the way the director addressed the cases. He tried not only to find a solution but also to help me to have a better understanding of the legal nature of the cases. The service quality was quite decent in my experiences. I hope the office will keep the good will and philosophy they currently have.

We're helpful but refused to represent me

I'm grateful for the service this organization provides to our community. There is a real need for legal assistance for folks who cannot afford an attorney, but do not meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines, qualifying them for Pro Bono representation. Justice Unlocked meets folks who find themselves in the middle, and helps them have a chance in the legal system. Thank you for what you do.

This has not been my experience at all and I know others who've been really happy with their representation. Michael is a good and caring attorney who does great work.

Poor customer service. Talk to the lawyers they tell one thing bout prices and billing, then they do the opposite of what they say they Will. Seems very shady.
