Got involved in an ugly issue and needed a no-kidding criminal defense attorney. Searched for one in this area and decided on Andrew Segal. I especially found it useful that he has experience as a state-level prosecutor (though now he is a defense atty). So i figured that that would be useful in mounting a defense. Turns out it was. He dealt with investigators on my behalf. Ultimately, no charges were filed, the ideal outcome. Also, he makes a point of answering his phone personally or returning message very quickly. I found this to be a big plus as a client.

I didn't know who to call or what to do. All lawyers are crooks, right? I googled best lawyers in Huntsville. Segal and Segal came up. I'm glad I chose them. No secretaries or receptionists. They always answered or returned my calls. Without charging me extra like I hear some lawyers do. They feel genuine and have your best interest at heart. I had 4 outstanding warrants from several years ago, and the outcome of my cases was beyond my expectations. I live out of state and only had to make 2 trips to resolve all charges. I know you may think 2 trips, why, well that was beyond their control, due to I had Magistrate Warrants that required that I was arrested, processed, and released.
Mr. Segal assured me that this was a simple matter and that I need not be worried. On the day of court, I had not contacted Mr. Segal for about a month, but when I called him 2 hours before court, he answered the phone by calling me by name. Wow, that is the kind of legal representation that shows how much he and Mrs. Segal care about their clients.
In the end, all charges were dismissed, with the officer present in the courtroom that issued the citations. I received a refund from the court for the bail/bond that was posted on my behalf and walked out to my freedom.
