Unfair and unjust. Clearly, Matthew is on the side of the Calhoun police department in screwing you, the working class over with excessive fines. Don’t try to explain the situation, Matthew will tell you you are wasting your time and your situation is of no concern to him. He claims to be fair and interested in helping you but is corrupt just like his friends at the Calhoun police department. Hmm, wasn’t there an extortion case with the police chief a while back?
