Very professional law firm, hands down my best experiences with an attorney and their staff! I had two cases in as many years with Brandon White, one a criminal case and the other a divorce/child custody case. Both were time sensitive and every effort was made to get us in quickly, review our options thoroughly and get before the judge and make it all happen and that is no easy task.. I highly recommend Brandon for any legal service you may need and his assistant Alla is an absolute gem!! The entire office was very helpful and professional but i had to give a special shout out to the people I spent the most time with.

After asking around several people recommended White & White so that is where I went. It soon became apparent this was the right choice. Best Attorney in East TN hands down. Took on a case that had been dragging on for two years with a different firm and settled it within three months. I hired Mr. Norton. He was great at filing paperwork. But once it came to a very crucial time in my case and we were in court he showed his true skills as an attorney. He did not fight for me, he actually just stood there quietly and let the other attorney run the show. I even looked at him and asked him if he was going to say anything and he mumbled around, kept saying "um" and again the other attorney took over. After that court hearing I called him out on it outside the courtroom and his response to me was. "What? I didn't have a kid with him." I could not believe how horrible he ended up being in court. I spent a lot of money on him trusting in the White and White reputation. Needless to say I went elsewhere and have a more experienced and seasoned attorney.

Brandon is THE BEST attorney!

I asked my pastor to pray with me on Sunday because I was thinking about divorce and I left there feeling some peace about the decision. I planned to call the white and white attorneys on Monday to schedule an appointment. But God, in all his wisdom, made sure I ran into an old friend that afternoon who told me about how Mr. White is openly unfaithful to his own wife and lives with a girl that works at his office. They should both be ashamed
I want a lawyer that respects marriage because only that person will truly understand the difficulty involved.

My family member is stuck in jail...a two month sentence and 6 months later she is still in Sevier County Jail. Paige Coleman was her court appointed attorney. After many unsuccessful attempts at contacting Me.Coleman, an attorney friend call and spoke with Ms.Coleman whom stated she was aware of the error/misplacement of court papers and all she needed to do is file a motion. That conversation took place in February. It's June and the motion has not been filed not has MS. Colman returned any messages to her client or family members. We are now having to scrape together money to hire an attorney to do what the court appointed Ms.Coleman to do. We will also be contacting the Tennessee Bar Association on this matter.

I'm a single mother and I needed an affordable attorney but I didn't want to get cheap service. I met with a lot of lawyers but I really liked Mr. Norton. What happened was my ex came after me for the kids and Mr. Norton really helped me out. My ex wanted full custody when I had them and Norton held my hand through the whole process help me keep my kids.
I would send anybody I know there.

If you're looking for a good attorney who will be willing to help you and have your best interest at heart do not use this firm! My sister was happy about finally saving enough money to hire an attorney to help her in a custody case with her son. Unfortunately this firm did nothing but take over $3000 from her. Once she received her final agreement with her son's father in the mail (she now lives out of state) there were "agreements" in it that she had never agreed to. Example, it stated the father gets her son on his Spring Break which is something they had never mentioned. Many many attempts to contact the attorney at this firm, Mr. TJ Norton, when unanswered. When she finally spoke to him after weeks of trying, he told her he would contact her sons father's attorney and be back in contact with her regarding the matter. This was months ago and still no phone call back.
PLEASE do not use this firm, they will take your money, but not have your or your children's best interest at heart.

I am a single father asking for some custody of my daughter. As most of us know court for the most part always favors towards the mother. Brandon has been helping me with my case since before my child was even born. If you want a real bulldog in the ring then he is the man for you! If you have ever been to court then you will know that a bull dog is what you want/ need.
